I have been to this shop about a half dozen times and never been treated better, I am new to Archery and i bought a used bow and Justin the bow tech has helped me out allot i sold my first bow and i had him set up my second bow with new strings and new rest. what i like best about the shop is the way everybody treats you as soon as you walk in the door. they dont jump on you trying to sell you something. Justin took the time to help me with my bow and me being new he offered a few pointers. now i bought a third bow and i had him set that bow up to fit me. i was having a hard time pulling the bow and was ready to spend money on a new set of limbs and he could have sold me the limbs and i wouldnt have known better but he sold me rock mods for my bow saved me 150 + and it made the world of difference its like a new bow. Great shop they have gained a customer for life AAAAA THANKS

I wish there was a better ranking for service than excellent, because the folks at Nortons make it a daily duty to go above and beyond for ALL of their customers. I first walked into the store off the street, they were recommended by a friend. As soon as i entered I was acknowledged and made to feel right at home. Now they take the time to check and make sure the firearms i purchased perform properly and are always more than willing to answer ANY questions i have. Nortons on a scale of 1-10, you guys get a solid 15 in my book!!! Anyone in the area that still buys arms and ammo offline, u guys are missing out, I hold the customer service i receive from the staff at Nortons as invaluable and there is no such things a customer service whilst buying online. Thanks Guys!!!

Stopped in on my way through a few weeks ago , some time in January 2015. The staff was polite, informative, and overall very helpful. I was given lots of advice on purchasing a handgun even though I expressed I wouldnt be buying one that day. Their prices seemed pretty good too. They have the kind of customer service that makes you want to buy something even if you didnt plan on buying anything, just so you can support and promote their business. I bought some scope mounts from them and was happy with the quality. I plan on doing business with them again.

Nortons is a family owned sporting goods store that has been in business for 49 years. James and his staff are absolutely THE BEST in customer service! I bought 3 pistols and a revolver and have every intention of going back and buying all my firearms from them. Their prices, on the guns I bought, were better than anywhere I looked. I have been a customer for years... you will not have a better experience buying a firearm anywhere. The owner James, and manager Zach are as good as they come. They will help you with whatever you need. The service is what sets them apart from the other gun stores. I find a lot of gun stores are stuffy, not here. Its a very relaxed setting. Not a very good selection of firearms or ammo. In my opinion they are overpriced on everything they sell, definitely convenience store prices on everything! It is a good location for the area it is in all around Delaware state park so you wouldnt have to go far for tackel or ammo etc. If youre looking to buy a new firearm I would definitely recommend maybe checking out Rural King in Marion. They have a small selection of firearms but much better prices.

While growing up and residing in Ohio (Colorado resident now) I always enjoyed this shop. The owner James is very amicable and has a very knowledgeable staff. He has everything from tactical to hunting and in between, also stocks archery and NFA items (class three dealer). I picked up a classic pre 64 Winchester Model 94 a few years back for a great price. My father does a lot of FFL transfers here and Nortons is always reliable.

I have been here dozens of times over the past 15 or 20 years. They have a larger inventory of guns now. It is a mile or 2 from the Delaware Rifle Range. I love to go in here and browse at the new and used firearms. Prices are a bit high but they are a small store and price accordingly. They also sell sound suppressors at good prices. I always check out their preowned handguns and recently bought one.

Great service great bunch of guys great selection of not only weapons but anything you need I can probably get it for you and I love the fact that theyre open with their hours and makes it very accessible to someone like myself who comes into town late or when you have stuff to do and you cant get there until later on in the afternoon
