Nancy you should treat your customers like you would love for them to return!! Paid $10 for socks. They were for my son who is playing middle school football. Got the socks home and we opened the pack only to discover there was a huge hole. No biggie Ill just exchange them because he needs this color socks for his uniform. So when I finally Get back to the store on main st in Reynoldsburg were I purchased the socks originally I was told that WE (my son and I) were the ones that put the hole in the socks. Wow! Accuse the customer that they are responsible for the huge tear in the sock is your initial response to an issue. Ok, if we did puncture the sock while removing it from its paper packaging (which we didnt) it would have a small hole which guess what? I wouldve been able to live with but this hole is close to an inch long and is shredded around the hole almost 2 inches in total. Common sense will tell you that is impossible to do unless this hole was preexisting. I believe that they knew that. And the fact that they would rather argue and be combative instead of listening and using logic is appalling. Its not the money or the hole that is the issue it is how you handled the situation. I hope you take some sort of customer service class before its too late and your company is forced to close and you end up bankrupt. (Harsh) the point is a customer will tell a hundred people about their experience and its up to you and how you treat them which will determine the narrative. I love play it again sports. Of course most products are used but if your looking for a great quality of used or even new I recommend this store. They dont hound you to buy anything and dont treat you as if you shouldnt be in the store when your browsing their isles to see if they have anything you could use.

We stopped in to pick up a mouthguard for our son and was able to pick up a brand new guard for a few dollars. The store seems well-equipped for sports like football and baseball. However, youll need to visit the Hilliard and Sawmill locations if youre looking for hockey gear.

If you want a lecture on right-wing politics from an angry, older woman, this is the place for you.. This place is never friendly. The other locations of this franchise have better prices and better selection.

I love play it again sports, Ive been shopping here since I was a kid playing sports. Its always good to take old equipment here and help out youth and get good prices for every sport.
