The staff there is terrible! They have signs out front encouraging you to bring in your used sporting goods, but when I took my daughters pull along bike, which was in very good shape, they told be that it was the wrong season, so they were not interested. When I said that I was just going to take it to Goodwill then, the guy told me I could leave it if i wanted. When I said I wasnt going to "give" it to him, he said that he only had $20 in the register. I said jokingly that $20 would be fine and he responded "I dont think that would be worth $20". What a waste of my time! I dont even care about the money, as I was just trying to get it out of my garage, since my daughter got a new bike for Christmas. Any money I got for it, I was planning on spending in the store on something anyway. I go in there all the time and have purchased lots of stuff from them. Not planning on wasting my time there again. They need some serious customer service training!

DONT GO HERE AT ALL. Horrible horrible! I bought some softball cleats and a glove for $50 plus tax. I got cut from the team and I went to return my cleats that I used once and were already used when I bought them he said he would give $14 for both! Absolutely ridiculous I only had the cleats and glove for 3 weeks and wore the glove a few times and the cleats once, customer service is trash, guys had an attitude and werent interest in helping at all. I took my cleats and glove to goodwill and got $28 for both which was a reasonable price compared to $14. Wouldnt recommend them at all.

Well i can tell by the post that say they were greeted at the door they must be post from the owner. I visit this store often and have NEVER been greeted at the door. Yes I would say they are NOT the most pleasant or helpful staff I have ever met. I go there looking for specific things when in need. Their prices tend to be high and on the new stuff you can definitely get them cheaper on Amazon or Ebay. Not a store you will have a great experience with for sure.

The worst sporting goods store in Westerville. I recently went in there to sell my Titleist driver and two woods that were brand new that I did not use. I was not greeted and the man who helped me was very rude, after he reviewed my items he offered $14.00 for all three brand new clubs. I was very disappointed with my experiance I had there. My advice to anyone who is thinking about going there just dont it is a very unpleasant experience.

My husband and I tried to sell a few used sports items to this location, which we were told they would accept. The owner of the store ignored us when we asked him questions, continued to have personal conversations while we were waiting, and was very rude. The staff in general was not helpful, and we didnt feel as though our business was appreciated. We left the store without help.

Staff is not extremely friendly. A little awkward usually. But if I initiate a friendly conversation, they tend to open up. Dont expect to make much $ AT ALL if selling! They have to make a profit to stay in business. If buyingg used, you can find good deals.

I went there to find some lacrosse gear for the upcoming season and they greeted me at the door! It was fantastic.. they got me in and out with in 30 minutes with all of the equipment for a low price! They have it all! Highly recommend it!

Decent overall experience, came in here looking for used golf equipment and, while I didnt find what I was looking for they had a decent selection. The staff was ok, pretty much what was expected.
