Worst experience with getting my varsity jacket. The lady at the counter was very rude. She kept questioning me about my color and design choices on the jacket when I thought they were creative and helped express my personality. Not to mention, I remember leaving the establishment in tears feeling belittled and embarrassed (for me only being a teenager at the time, she shouldnt have put anyone under pressure like that). I received my varisity jacket from this place two years ago and still remember the horrible experience. I highly encourage others who are seeking to buy a jacket to go somewhere else with more customer-friendly employees.
