This place is a dump. You can barely walk around, and they dont offer you anything near what percentage of the value they are going to sell something for. I sold a couple of pairs of skates in good condition that were just a bit old, and was told they were gonna give me 25 percent of the value that they will list them for, and come in a few days later to find out the two pairs of skates they gave me 10 total for were listed at 40 each. I have been in a total of 3 times, each time the same lady was working there. My initial time, she was on the phone for like 30 minutes while i needed some assistance, the second time is when i sold the skates, she made me wait forever to do an appraisal, even though two other employees were in the store she would ring up anyone that got in line before she got back to me, and for a while even sat down to EAT while i was waiting. The only reason why i still sold my skates in is because i had searched 3 other locations for some pond skates my size, and finally found them at this location, otherwise i would have put the effort in to just sell the skates myself and bought a pair somewhere else.

I go there to buy factory second discs for dying. The guy behind the counter was very helpful in giving me information. He also informed me of a punch card system that gives me a free disc every time I buy 10. Plus they are open later than some other locations. I see a lot of people complaining about the profit this store makes from their sold items... It is a resale shop and they have a store front to pay for plus employees.... The whole point is to make money... If you have a problem with their profit margins then sell the item on eBay yourself

Shocked this place is in business!!! Terrible all around experience. Going back to return everything I bought because none of it was regulation as the guy insisted. Too expensive equipment prices, and what they offer for used equipment is a joke to say the least! Sold everything on Craigs for way more money then these guys offered!

Bought a pair of XC ski boots here. It was old but unused so it looked nice. However, the leather started shredding the first time i used it, and the boots fell apart the 2nd time when I ski. I had to buy shoegoo to glue them.

Terrible. The lady here acted like she was queen of sports knowledge. Offered me $1/pair of snowboard boots which I took to the 26 mile location and was tendered $10/pair.

Terrible would not recommend. Everyone treats you like your stupid there. And you have to be 18 to go in...its a used sports equipment shop...bs
