I went shoe shopping with my 1.5 year old today. Shopping in general is stressful enough, try with a toddler lol. Ashley immediatly asked me if i needed help, we went over my needs and preferences, she brought me multiple styles to try on and was just overall super helpful. I ended up going to Finish Line and Sketchers to see what they had. I spent about 10 minutes in Finish Line without a single employee asking if i needed help, or even greeting me. The women in sketchers was too busy socializing to help me, but she finally moved the ladder out of my way after i struggled for a few minutes to look at the shoes behind it. I immediatly went back to the Nike store, found Ashley, and she helped me order a pair of the shoes i decided on online. Ashley was wonderful and as a mother I appreciate the help and patience she showed me.

Compared to the Nike Factory Store at Birch Run Outlets, this one is by far much friendlier. Ive never felt unwelcome or judged walking in there and purchasing things, and the staff is pretty helpful. I had one particular guy who helped me out tremendously and was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. The atmosphere will keep me coming back.

You would think that a NIKE factory store would have a ton of sweet NIKE shoes..... Nope! Very limited selection of shoes and colors. Employees are always helpful, but Ill continue to buy shoes elsewhere.
