Always horrible service. I have been here once for a snowboard and once for a kayak. If you arent a rich person or a ski bum, dont waste your time and/or money here. I recently went in to purchase a kayak and was told one price for the Kayak I was looking at. Upon deciding to buy it, the price rang up $50 more. They would not honor the price I was told and let a $2000 sale walk out the door over $50. I ended up going to Avon Sailboats and buying a nicer Hobie kayak and spending $3200 with them. I am glad that Summit treated me so poorly for the fact that Avon Sailboats is wonderful and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Hobie! The guys at Summit kept telling me their heads would roll if they gave any further discounts and I think their heads should roll for poor service and letting good money walk out the door!

I came in the other day because my feet have been hurting lately while snowboarding. The guy who helped me was SO helpful- fitted me new boots and helped make sure they fit with my bindings. My bindings are on their last leg but he said they are still fine- he easily could have sold me on new ones. I will definitely come back here when I do decide to get new bindings. Also the boots I bought were on a great sale- its always hard to go into a store when you see them online for so cheap, but I will always come here for my snowboarding needs!

These folks are taking customer support calls from Austin Canoe and Kayak because ACKs customer support is so terrible that they cant handle it themselves. Summit, on the other hand, did an excellent job of attempting to take care of my needs. Unfortunately, entirely due to ACK and not Summit, I still have not resolved the issue. Buy from Summit. Also, major props to Angela who spent an absurd amount of time on the phone with me trying to figure this out, rather than just blowing me off like ACK did.

Summit Sports has been great to work with. Very Friendly staff, very helpful, and when a pair of skis of mine broke, they warrantied them for me NO PROBLEM. Gave me a new pair off the wall and waited for new ones to be sent from the manufacturer. Would Highly Recommend to anyone looking to ski/snowboard or any water sports.

Great place to get anything for your kayak! High end kayaks, gear, accessories, paddles... and more! Its a one stop shop for not only kayak fishing, but anything on the water! If its fun, its at summit!
