Called to see if an item was in stock. I even had item number. Told the associate the number and item description. After about 15 seconds he told me they didnt have it in stock. I asked if he used the item number and checked computer. He said "no, I just looked around for the..the ...the thing you wanted" Wow....thats for helping me realize why retail is dead, and online orders are our only chance of getting what we want.
