The staff at RR Sports are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are all runners themselves and will have your best intrests in mind. The shoe dog experience is great- I LOVE my custom insoles! Yes, you wont be paying Walmart or Off Broadway prices, but the service and quality are well worth the extra dollars. Plus, they offer other benifits and will often host free events where participants can receive discounts on anything in the store.

This store is very unique as they actually put you on a treadmill and see how you walk, and then recommend a shoe based on your style of walking and arches. There was only one person manning the store that was being pulled in multiple directions, which had a hard time tailoring shoes to your needs. The inserts they sell there dont really work for me, and I recommend that people dont buy them, as they make them custom fit but are over $100.
