Came in with a list of part numbers to order for my bike today. Fasteners used on every Honda motorcycle made in the past 20 years. Which of course they dont have a stock of. Gave the parts guy the list but instead of it being simple with me paying for things right then and there and having them shipped to me, it was made complicated and into a hassle that I am not going to deal with. I gave the guy my list and he just started transferring the numbers to an index card, told me I would get a call tomorrow and total. Acted shocked that I expected to get the total today. Asked him when he was going to order the parts "Tomorrow, I cant order after 3" Okay neat, but you cant even look up the prices for me so I can pay and have them shipped to me? "No we have to receive the parts here" So I asked him how much shipping would be to me from them. $10 for maybe $3 worth of postage. Instead of paying for the parts right there, they expected me to give him my order, wait a day for him to order, come back, pay for the parts, and then either come back to pick them up or pay a ridiculous shipping charge. Beyond the parts counter, the place is nearly as high pressure as Thiels Wheels which is the worst in my opinion. I was approached 4 times by two saleswomen to buy a new bike. Both of which I know in passing and know 100% they have never owned a motorcycle in their lives. They should probably hire people that are knowledgeable instead of focusing on t&a to squeeze some sucker into financing. The selection was terrible and overpriced. $8k for an 8 year old CBR600RR. $2k under brand new MSRP for a 2 year old $22k Ducati (lol but its a Ducati!). Every scooter was a huge maxi scooter. Lighting was dim and felt like I was in a power outage. Gear selection was an absolute joke as are most dealers, but this one was rather special in that regard. I guess in rural Ohio you arent going to get too many geniuses so I imagine they dont sell much. I wouldnt come here for any reason, be it buying a new Honda, OEM parts, service, or gear. There are other dealers around.

I bought my first bike here 6 years ago. The sales team was attentive and friendly. The finance guys werent real happy I walked in with my own loan paperwork and did everything they could to work their own deal. I was unhappy with them at the time but they finally accepted I wasnt going to budge and let me buy the bike. Things have changed. A lot. And not for the better. The building is now hosting the used car lot and all motorcycle sales. The atmosphere is more along the lines of .. oh yeah .. we kinda sell motorcycles and ATVs, too. I was in here several times and almost had to accost one of the sales guys to get any questions answered. I called before coming on another day to verify I could test ride both the bikes I was interested in. They said it wouldnt be a problem and come on in. I showed up and wasnt allowed to test ride either bike as other potential buyers were showing up. I left disgusted at their attitude. However, It worked out great in the long run. I went online and found the bike I wanted at another dealer for $4,000 cheaper and brand spanking new.

Called Honda of Marysville this AM, Damian in parts answered. I asked him if they had blanks for a 1984 Goldwing Aspencade. He assured me they did have the blanks I needed. I questioned him again as 1984 blanks are hard to find. He again assured me they had them. I went to Marysville Honda in the afternoon and Kyle at the parts department said I would not leave there without a second set of keys to my bike. He finessed the keys until they worked. I left with one complete set and one extra ignition key. I will bet back to complete my 5 sets to this bike. Five stars to Kyle and Damian.

I purchased my first road bike from here this morning. After a couple of weeks shopping various places, Candi was by far the most chill and helpful person I dealt with. I honestly hate buying anything from sales people. Id rather cars and bikes be in a giant vending machine, but the staff here were really helpful, nice, not pushy at all. I did my research, mad a fair offer, they accepted and I was on my way in under 1.5 hours. The older I get the more and more I expect exceptional service. Honda Marysville Motorsports did not disappoint.

Dropped off my bike well over three weeks ago for my carburetor to be cleaned they have only called me once in that time to tell me they ordered the wrong parts and that call was still 2 weeks ago. Now when i call they seem like they dont care about how long anything takes like theyre taking there time. I even called today and they didnt even answer the phone. Should have when some where thats more customers friendly and more time friendly.

Piss poor sales dept. My son purchased a bike there 6 weeks ago still havent got the title for it. We need titles here in Michigan to make them road legal. They keep telling him its in the mail. Bunch of BS. I would not recommend this place to purchase a bike. I wouldnt doubt if there is something illegal going on. If they were the only place that I could buy something with a wheel I would push a rock!

Good selection of used and new motorcycles. The prices seemed alright too. The staff there was attentive but not overly attentive. When I told them I was there just to look around they left me alone, only asking if I had questions once there after. I probably spend about 20-30 minutes looking around.

Cody did a fantastic job with my recent motorcycle purchase. We agreed to price prior to my arrival and I was in & out in about an hour. Will definitely purchase from again.
