Connie is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at any pharmacy! She even had the audacity to try to tell me how often I needed to go to my doctor to get my scripts!! Id say my doctor would know that better than she would! I just transferred 3 months ago because of the driving convenience, if I continue having problems with her, Ill transfer back to my former pharmacy- they are all very courteous and helpful at the Niles Walmart pharmacy. Also, I should be able to drop off a script a day or so before the refill date, and pick it up on the refill date. Its not always a convenience to wait 30 or more minutes for a refill.

I went to get film developed here. Its been one month and I still dont have my film. Its literally is a one hour process and they can streamline this for the prices? Also they make you buy the crappiest prints and the customer service was rude to the fact I even ask.

Phyilus did a transfer from the one RiteAide to the Berrien Springs RiteAide. Thanks. Now I no longer need to drive to the Niles RiteAide to buy soy protein. She did have a little attitude at first though, so you might have to be pleasantly persistent.

Went in there to buy some liquor, the lady at the register carded everyone that was with me, all of us in our 30s, would not sell my liquor because one person had an expired license. Absolutely no common sense.

We did a transfer here and the pharmacy worker was one of the rudest people i have met in a long time. They can fill your prescription but they act as if it is an inconvenience.

The worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. Please, if you have another place you can go to within 10 miles, use it. You will save hours if you have multiple prescriptions.
