The staff is very rude. I went to Sallys to pick up supplies for my salon. It was my day off, so I was dressed down, but still presentable. Two different employees asked me if I needed help. I told them. No, I knew where everything was located and mentioned my reason for being there. Both employees, plus the cashier stood at the end of the aisle where I was at and whispered and stared at me. I felt offended and put everything in my cart back. I will guess that was my last time visiting Sallys. The employees as Cosmoprof and Salon Centric are much better to deal with anyways.

Dont go there often, but decided to start doing my own roots since I was going to be away from my hairdresser for several months. The sales lady was MOST HELPFUL. She suggested different curling irons, because I needed one of those too, & then she helped me choose the right color that I needed... and explained in detail how to mix & apply it (Ive never done this before). I took it all home and mixed it up & my husband helped me apply it. Perfect results!!!! I was very happy for her help and tips on how to achieve the look I wanted! Satisfied customer

Everytime I go in they are rude not only to me, but other customers, taking persinal calls while people are clearly standing there needing help, amd make no effort to give advice. I find it unbelievable... Luckily I know exactly what it is I want and need and not only have I helped other customers while there (since the employees cant be bothered) but have had better advice and help on questions from cosmetologists who went in to purchase supplies before and after work!

Terrible. The employees always seem miserable, and are ALWAYS incredibly rude and unpleasant. 10/10 times will I drive to Grand Haven instead. Its one thing when a staff member of an establishment is having a bad day and you can tell - its completely different when they are horrible and rude EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!!!! Go to this location if you want the employees to roll their eyes at you, act lethargic and completely REAK of cigarette and weed smoke.

The employees there are rude. They asked me 3 times if they could help me I said no. I know what I want. Then when I couldnt find want I was looking for. They were rude about helping me. Then at the checkout they would take my $100 bill because I had to spend $75 or more for them to cash a $100 bill. I only spent $43. They told the 2 customer in front of me the same thing. We all had $100 bills and spent a lil less than $50. Last time I ever go there.

If you like surly,almost hostile help, you will love Sallys Beauty Supply. You will be treated from start to finish as if you are crashing an invitation-only party. You will be given grudging help and you will be made to feel that the staff is really being inconvenienced by your presence. If you are a masochist, Sallys Beauty Supply on East Sherman is for you.

Not helpful at all! Employees seem rude and miserable EVERY TIME, they peak around corners to see what youre doing, barely know about their products or which works best. They just want your money.

Very RUDE. I went in 10 minutes before closing and was told "make it quick" and the same girl checked me out & talked on her cell phone the whole time.
