I come to this particular beauty supply store ALL OF THE TIME! I usually experience nothing but greatness. But the past two times I went, I was disappointed. They installed some new credit card system so now they only allow you to pay in cash. Otherwise, your card will continue to get declined. My two most recent trips, my card was declined. I ended up going to DJs Beauty Supply and my card worked fine. Both times. Really disappointed. They should fix this issue, or else I will not be returning.

Use to love coming and spending my money with them but today I went in about 750pm so I was calling my stylist to see what type of hair and did she know about the clip ons and how to do them the guy walked up to me and was like were closing were close now then the other guy that was in there with him proceed to tell me what we close in two minutes get what you need and get out never will I ever ever ever ever step foot back in Grace Beauty again I can keep my money and go to back to DJ Beauty

I come here ALL the time but one day I was in there, this is when they had new workers, one of the guys thought it was ok to follow me around while I pushed my son around in his stroller. When I told the guy I felt discriminated against (I am a black woman) he asked was I still interested in buying. I said yes and he took the product from my hands and we went to the register. I never been SO hurt.
