Purchased a car from them on Monday. I asked the sales manager if the tires on the car were all season. He said yes they should be, and that most used vehicles will have all season tires. It started snowing today. Im leaving work and I can barely get traction. I took the car to discount tire and they told me the tires on the car are junk entry level summer tires and they arent safe because they arent the right size for that vehicle. So I took it back to express asking to have the tires taken off and replaced with any kind of all season tires. And I told the sales manager that I didnt feel safe. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that they dont customize tires to the season. I asked him why he would put summer tires on a SUV right before winter??!! He told me it was my problem now and if I wanted to go buy tires then thats my privilege... I tried to explain that Im paying over twice the amount the car is worth "because I have less then perfect credit" he proceeded to tell me its not his fault for my current credit situation....... I could not believe the level of, or lack there of customer service... I didnt know what to say to him after that. I told him that I am thankful for him being able to get me into a vehicle but with he amount Im paying for it, swapping out some tires shouldnt be a big deal. I told him I didnt even care if they were used.... I just wanted to feel safe in my new vehicle. He looked at me a said there is nothing he can do for me. Its not like I was asking for a handout or coming back after 3 months of driving it. Only had it for 5 days. Side note: If I were in his shoes I would want all my customers to be extremely satisfied each and every time they walk out that door. That creates repeat business. And happy customers always tell one or two friends or family. Dissatisfied customers will tell a hundred. I would stay far away from this place. They treat you great until youre locked into a vehicle then they could care less about your happiness.

My expreience with Express Auto has been more then horriable. They seemed awesome at the start, James Cannon is an amazing person and sales person, BUT the other half, financing and repairs big SUCK! Yea the approved me for 13,999.00. I found a car that i liked it was 15,000, for a 2005 trail blazer, total rip off but needed to have something so I could keep my job, so I put 2000.00 down( which now I can shoot myslef in the foot for), told them what repairs needed to be done before even sealing the deal. That was on May 12th 2014, to this day May 26th they still have my car in for repairs, i think i have driven my car a total of 5 days! I will never ever recommend them to anyone ever ever ever. Good luck to those who choose them, and I hope they treat you better then I have been treated me and my family. I have went to the BBB as well to hopefully be able to get into a car that I can drive more then the dealship has it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Worst car buying experience in my life. They changed my warranty coverage after only a few months without ANY notification. When i used their repair services the compensation services were never fulfilled. I took my girlfriend with me to get my car and after 20 seconds the manager became verbally aggressive. The manager then proceeded to go chest to chest with me and demanded I remove my girlfriend from the store. He then pushed her out of the entrance and shut the door on her arm. The police declined to assist in persuing charges. Im sure this isnt the first time this has happened because the officer knew which individual to talk to. Vehicles are all damaged and overpriced. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was referred to express auto by a friend. I didnt plan on getting a car that day I was taking some one in but I figured it was worth a shot! I was approved within that next hour.. looking at cars I wasnt very satisfied with who I was working with. Immediately I made them aware I wasnt happy thats when Jessica took over! She was awesome! The second car she showed me I fell in love with. Everyone there treats you as if your family! They filled my gas tank up and also I one an additional $50 gift card and my sister who also drove off the lot in a great car won $100 ! Needless to say awesome people!

They run the Mel Farve Auto Scam that was ran in Detroit in the 90s & federally changed. Could even be one in the same? These so called good reviews were all paid for with free gas. Save your soul & your hard earned cash. I will be returning my lemon over priced car soon and will continue to do business with a respectable dealship not a bunch of con artist. Yes Im still doing business with express lemons but not for long. I regret every customer they scam me to send their way who are also having similar problems. STAY AWAY!!!!!! IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT USUALLY IS.

We were down a vehicle and needed one badly as both my husband and I work and we have kids. We came in very late on a Saturday (it was almost closing), but Edwin in the Battle Creek dealership was extremely professional and patient AND he got us a great car and a great deal! There have been little hiccups with the car since we bought it, but they have fixed every one of them at no cost to me. Edwin, Skip and Dave were just amazing and fun to work with, very comfortable atmosphere (no pressure whatsoever) and free oil changes for life! It just doesnt get better than that

Ripping off single moms, the desperate, and the uneducated. Not at all impressed with this dealership. The BC manager was openly rude to our salesman and us. Our salesman was very helpful and patient with us, even after looking and test driving many vehicles. After we finally found one we liked, they gave us the price... twice as much as it was worth. When going to a dealership like this you expect because of past credit issues you will have to pay more, but $6000 more?! That is insane!

So Ive had my car a month now, so far so good. No issues and Ive gotten all the perks as promised. My car runs great, payment plan is perfect and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I wanted to write this review when I knew I was positively happy as in the beginning I wasnt sure Id be happy a month later with my Fusion and my decision to go with express auto but true to their word Esperanza and express auto surpassed my expectations and Im still satisfied with my choice.
