This is the worst customer service. I worked with David on trying to get a car. My credit and income situation is not ideal. I know this. But the service I received was deplorable. After I test drove a Honda Civic, we went in to get the approval. I was told that they would only send it to a couple of places and if I didnt get approved we would go from there. We waited and did not get approved. I had to go to work so he said he would contact me once they did some discussing. After a couple days of no response I message him asking maybe to lower the price a little and figure out a down payment that would put me in the ball park. I got the reply," we were able to get you approved, just not for that car. We can not lower the price." I then check my credit to see that they sent me to 4 financial institutions without my knowledge. I then sent a message asking to maybe find another vehicle I could get approved for so the credit hit wasnt for nothing. I heard nothing for a week and then I get a message saying "sorry we couldnt get you into this car." I was mad at this point because he didnt even bother helping find another car or tell me what I needed to do to get into that one. I messaged him with my frustrations and he replied "would you like me to find other vehicles." O said "I dont want to have to call you out for you to help me. I dont want your help anymore." He replies "DONT BE MAD AT ME FOR YOUR SITUATION . We did what we could for you" WHAT?! Then I threatened to blast this on the internet and he then trys to reconcile by offering a name and number to JD Byrider. Inexcusable

After committing to buy a new 2010 Civic from their Honda branch, they reneged about 2 weeks later citing difficulties in acquiring the vehicle from a different dealership. They could still "honor" the deal if I was willing to pay extra beyond our agreed to price for transportation costs to get the car here... Whether true or not (considering that they never charged my credit card the original security deposit, I am not sure about their ability to commit to this deal in the 1st place), the fact is that they were unable to fulfill their agreement. And so I rate them as "below average" - car dealers are generally not the most trustworthy bunch, so comparatively there is no reason to call them "poor"

Passing through on our way to Virginia from Minnesota we blew a transmission in Richmond, IN. The Honda dealership was right there and we decided to trade in the old for a newer vehicle. We easily could have been taken advantage of but instead we got a decent deal, and money for our broken down trade, they bought us lunch as paid for our hotel and we went on our way. We had some difficulties with the new car we bought there and when we called, they didnt hesitate to make it right by offering to fix it on our way back through. What we couldnt get fixed they sent us a check for to get fixed when we got home. Great customer service and willingness to work with someone in a difficult sitation

Recently purchased a new Honda Accord. They showed me a ton of different options and gave me all of the information I needed without "pressuring" or "steering" me towards one or the other. They truly listened to what I said and showed me inventory on what was important to me. The trade-in for my old car was a breeze as well, and they gave me a fair market value for it. Bruce, David, and Wade did a great job and I even got a follow up phone call from David a few days after to make sure I still liked everything. He even offered to assist with setting up the display options to personalize them for me. Great buying experience.

Went in to have my honda accord fixed for the airbag recall. Talked to a salesman named David and told him my finacial situation. He knew I couldnt afford a new car just yet but he took the time show me some cars and answer all my question. I never felt pressured or rushed and after school I plan to take my business to Wetzel Honda. The service team was very accurate in letting me know how long it would take and even washed my car no charge to me. Overall I felt very welcomed by staff members and I would highly recommend Wetzel Honda!!

My wife and I had a flat tire along I-70 on our way home from taking our daughter to college. The wrecker took us to Wetzel Honda who was still open on a late Saturday afternoon. Jim in the service department did not have a tire that fit our car in stock, but he got on the phone and found a local tire dealer who did have a tire. We appreciate his help in getting us back on the road.

The staff was very helpful: especially Mark Creech, my sales associate. I was very pleased with the car, the professionalism, and the interest rate I received for my loan. I did not plan to buy there, but Mark showed me the other cars available online using his browser. I told him to bring up the cars and the sites where I had found the best deals, and he matched it.

Needed some advice on how to fix an error code on radio. Spoke to Jim Snyder and he gave me clear easy to understand instructions. Then his direct number to call if I had any problems. He is always cheerful and makes visits and calls pleasant. I appreciate the great service!!!!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

These guys are a bunch of weasels. They committed to selling me a minivan so I drove 1 hour to buy an odyssey, when I was ready to pull the trigger and buy they weaseled out of the offer they told me over the phone. I would highly suggest going to another dealership to buy a car - who wants to do a deal with a bunch of liars?

You are better off going out of town to buy a Honda from another dealership. These guys truly are sharks and will lie to you as much as possible to try and get a sale. Im just saying check arround after they give you your final price. You might just find a better deal elsewhere!

So my wifes brand new car was do for an oil change and we have been here for over in hr and its not that she didnt have an appointment and this isnt the first time and kinda wanting to know if they say anything wrong cus likke I said its new like 6 months
