The good: They had the car I wanted. Quick response. Brian immediately called me and sent me a video walk around of the vehicle. He was able to tell me all the features the car had and what was updated from my former car. The General Sales Manager Brandon was great. He let me take the vehicle home for a test drive and drive it to work the next day. When my car was in the shop they gave me a brand new rental which got me from point A to point B. The bad: Within a month I noticed an issue with the acceleration. I took it to their service department. The torque converter needed to be replaced. They had my car for five weeks with very little communication or updates. My car sat outside their shop for two and a half weeks in the exact parking spot. I attempted to call and left a voicemail and received no response. Then after four weeks they tried to give me my car back claiming it was "running like a champ." I drove it off their lot and could tell immediately tell something was off. As I tried to drive it onto the highway, the car bit really hard. The check engine light kicked on and the car would not accelerate. I eventually got the car running and took it right back to the shop. It took them another week to completely fix it. Formerly owning an AWD Charger I knew to ask about the tires. I talked to Jason about them when I was looking at the vehicle and he said they were good. Within a month of owning the vehicle they started wearing down on the outside edges and the car felt like it was out of alignment. When it was in the shop for the transmission I told them to check the alignment and the only thing they told me was that the tires were not rotated. My temp tags were still on the vehicle so I dont know how I was supposed to know to rotate the tires so I contacted Gary Spoon after I was handed a paper telling me a bunch of nonsense of "If youre not satisfied, then were not satisfied." Gary was immediately defensive and dismissive to my concerns. My issue was not his issue. He was finally trying to get me to shut up and offered to split the cost of 2 tires for my Charger. When I told him it was AWD and needed four he said he had never heard of that. This man is the General Manager of a car dealership and doesnt even know AWD vehicles can be damaged if you dont replace all four. No wonder I am having issues. If you dont change all four tires with an AWD vehicle it can cause issues with the drivetrain including the transmission

FIVE STAR ++ RATING!!! We cant say enough good & positive things about our dealings with Bill Bennett and The Jeff Wyler crew. Bill was extremely helpful even before we pulled on the lot! We were looking for a mini van and Bill introduced us to the van that EXCEEDED our expectations! Mr. Bennett was friendly, helpful and worked fast and hard to take care of "everything"! In our opinion Bill went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND what any other "car salesman" has ever gone or could even be expected to go! He was easy to talk to and for a couple with less than good credit, he worked things to fit into our budget and did it in one afternoon! This is my 2nd vehicle from a Jeff Wyler dealership, and I must say both times were very smooth!!! I cant imagine going to a different dealer in the future, Jeff Wyler probably sells "whatever" vehicle your looking for, and Bill Bennett is a 5 star salesman!! Bill has also personally called to check up and make sure we were happy with our purchase and that there were no "surprises" !! A truly outstanding experience! THANK YOU AGAIN BILL!! We are VERY happy and appreciate everything YOU did to help us get our van!! AWESOME experience!!! * * * * *

This place is full of crooks! I received a flyer in the mail about the sales they had going on. I went to check it out. Before they would even talk to me about cars they asked for my information. I told them I just wanted to look. They told me they wouldnt do anything with it until I found something I liked. THAT WAS A LIE! I didnt find anything and I asked for the paper with my information on it. They gave it to me, but not before making a copy. Two weeks later I receive a letter with my credit information. I never gave them permission to run my credit. I called the number to talk with someone about this situation. They took my name and number. I havent heard anything and every time I call to check on why this happen, I am placed on hold until I get tired of waiting. 20 mins plus. Plus the shop area is very unprofessional. I started at this place by getting service done on my pick up. Employees looked sloppy and when I handed them my keys and paperwork they threw it in a drawer full of other keys and paperwork without even tagging it. Then it took three days to get a oil change. Terrible

I had a factory recall done on my Town and Country minivan by their service department which involved replacing the clock-spring, which is the wiring inside the steering wheel. This was done some time ago but the treatment I received has been on my mind ever since and I cant shake it, and I need to say something about it. I received a call from them saying that they found "a wire off" and that it would cost $40 to put it back on. This is simply not true since every electrical item in the car worked perfectly except the items associated with the clock-spring, which are the controls on the steering wheel, including the horn, and cruise control. They just wanted to "pad" the repair job. If a "wire was off" simply pushing a connector back on takes one second. There was no "wire off." I have personally performed 99% of all my automobile and motorcycle repair and maintenance for the last 40 years. I know quite a bit about auto mechanics. I only took my car in because it was a factory recall and a "freebie." Avoid their service department. Find a good independent shop.

My husband and I stopped and looked at a car on Saturday. I gave the salesman a copy of my license and since it was getting closing time asked him to call me on Monday. Monday afternoon came and no phone call. I stopped and asked to test drive the car and to let my mechanic look it over. I took car to my mechanic and he found 2 things that needed fixed. I took car back to salesman and told him what needed to be fixed. Salesman asked what I was looking for in payment and I told him, he stated he would call me back in evening. By Wednesday we did not hear anything. My husband called salesman and he stated the car was moved to another location. Salesman said they would not fix the problems. I called and asked for his boss, spoke with him and explained what happen. He states the car was sold on Monday?!?! Boss told me he would look for a similar car and email me. As of today I game received nothing, no emails, no calls!
