Getting approved: Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life, its hard to refrain from cussing with how terrible this experience was/is. We bought a Town and Country van from them. I came in on a Friday, to run my credit. I was there from 5pm to closing. We came back the next day, with our kids, so we could look at options. We were there from Opening - 830pm. We left because the kids were tired and fussy. We returned AGAIN on Sunday, because I suppose Im a glutton for punishment. We were there from Opening - 5pm, when my partner decided it wasnt worth it anymore. The sales rep, Matt, treated us as second rate, Im assuming because my credit isnt the best. He spent the whole time he was dealing with us, helping other customers, smoking, or just shooting the breeze with others. He had very little one on one time with us, and was proclaimed to be the best sales rep there, by himself and his nephew(whom also worked there). When we finally did get a vehicle. He proceeded to tell me how he wasnt going to make much at all off of this deal, like it was charity work for him. Back on point, when we decided to leave, THEN all of the sudden we were worth talking to, its amazing how fast the process went AFTER we started loading up in the car and truck to leave. Signing the paperwork: The finance lady was very sweet and helpful, shed just started that day. She was easily the most pleasant experience, and now she no longer works there...thats a shame. However, The paperwork ended up having to be resigned like three times. All on different dates, after Id been driving the van for a while. Finally, I suppose, the form was properly submitted...I thought. Until today, where I receive a call from the lien holder, telling me Im 11 days past due, because their paperwork was based on an older signing. When my new signing said I had until Sept 7th. After the dust settled?: I still do not have my registration, I had to go have my temp tags extended. Ive had to return to that building numerous times...because they called me and asked me to come in, just to have to wait for 30 minutes to be taken care of, or told Id have to come back at a later date. They had to install a GPS on the van, for the lien holder. I was told it would take an hour, tops. Just to be told by the technician that it would take a lot longer than that. The install was estimated to take a while, not to mention I was behind a number of other people, despite the fact that THEY setup the time for me to come in and have it done, over the phone. I was told theyd put gas in the van, for my troubles...yeah...I already knew that wasnt going to happen, and it didnt. All in all, this has been the worst experience of my life, this has been the worst car buying experience Ive had. Ive bought 4 vehicles in the past 11 years. Id go to a buy here, pay here, before buying from this place, again. There seemed to be one good sales rep, he was apologizing to me the whole time, for other peoples mistakes. When I had my kids there, my rep and a few others were in the corner of the patio smoking and being very inappropriate for their being children around. Granted, my kids have definitely heard worse, but that doesnt change the fact that they were at work; a place of business and professionalism. To the owner: While I do appreciate you getting me an approval, and putting my family, and I, in a van...most of your staff was nothing short of unprofessional, while I was there.

Horrible customer service. Empty promises. Told me I had the truck all I had to do was accept the payment. Zach, my dealer set an appointment for Saturday at 5 pm. Friday he calls and ask me to come after work with my fiancé so we can pick up the truck. She didn’t get off till 7 pm that night and the dealership closed at 9. We had to rush to get their in time with the though of driving away with the new truck. Once we arrived we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for Zach to show his face just to tell us he lost our credit applications so he had to hill out two new applications. By the time he finished all banks was closed and we had to wait till the next day to hear anything. Lie, lie and more lies. So my fiancé and myself drive all the way back home and wait to hear from Zach. The next day comes and I didn’t hear anything from Zach about the truck. I get a call from another dealer asking if I was the military guy that is interested in the truck. I told him I was in the military but I don’t recall telling anyone that. I assumed they figured I was in the military because of my style and yes sir and no sir. So he proceeded to tell me that Zach was taken off of the deal for dropping the ball last night. Seemed legit. First truth in the matter. He tells me that he is going to get with his manger so that he could get the information needed to have me drive off the lot today with the truck. He wanted me to drive up there to finish the paper work (he thought I was the military guy). I told him I’m not driving back to the dealership unless I get the “good to go” from them on everything. He told me he would call back in 30 minutes. Lie. 4 hours later, nothing. I had to call just to have Zach answer the phone and tell me the bank that said yes the day before is now saying no to the loan so the deal is a no go. Fine. at that point I was just happy to be done with that sad excuse of a business. I wasted my Friday night and entire Saturday. Zach then went on to try and sell me another truck that was way more expensive than the truck i was originally going for. Without saying, that deal was a bust before it even got started. Turns out, the bastards sold the truck from under me and gave me a bullshit excuse on what happened to the deal. If i could sue for wasting my time and running game I would. I now understand why they had to shut down two other dealerships. If you read this before going to that place of games… stay away from Zach and if you can, stay away from that dealershit (spelled right).

If you want a real "Buy-Here, Pay-Here" experience when buying a brand new $40k+ truck, then this is your place. We were there to purchase two trucks, but they werent able to get us financing even though they ran our credit 12+ times(not an exaggeration). The salespeople and the people in the finance department were pretty skeevy and shady, just like at a BHPH. When I came back for my garage door opener I left in my trade-in, my salesman was digging through a trashcan in the lobby. Of course he was the one that I was there to see so he stopped and went to get my garage door opener, and told me they misplaced someones keys which is why he was trash digging. He came back with two openers and asked me to pick mine. A couple weeks later when I got my license plate, I had to call in and ask for the screws because they werent in my new truck. When I got there, my salesperson had to run through the lot searching for the screws. He came back with the screws and didnt even offer to put the plate on. So much for good customer service. We just moved here from Ohio and dealt regularly with Coughlin Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep of Marysville which is why we chose Chrysler Lawrenceburg because we thought it would the friendly, small town atmosphere that we loved. Unfortunately it has been anything but good experiences. Today I sit and wait on my first service which was hard to schedule because I wasnt in their system. Even when I showed up (20 mins early for my 1pm appt) I was given a paper to sign that had the VIN of my truck but someone elses information...which explains why it was hard to schedule. I asked for my first free oil change and took them up on their offer of free car washes for the life of the vehicle for the first time in 5 months. They told me the oil change would take 30 mins, but who knows how long on the car wash. Two hours later Im still in the customers lounge. If youre thinking of coming here, I would suggest going to Frankfort or Shelbyville because I will likely make the 4 hour drive to Marysville Ohio for the good service that you should get when purchasing something in this price range.
