I was at Weinle Motorsports today for 5 hours! When I first arrived at abouut 9:30 a.m. after calling first to let them know Id be there, I waited at least 20 minutes for someone to help me. The bald guy helped me some, but most of my time there was spent helping myself and trying to wade through mud puddles. I test drove a black Ford Explorer that had 200000 miles on it and it was marked at 2995 (very high). I drove it and there was something wrong with it, the bald guy said it was just an o2 sensor... He is not qualified to make that guess by the way. While I was up there, there was a skinny lady sceaming at the owner inside his office. They were so loud, I could hear them almost perfectly on the other side of the lot. Im not talking about just yelling for the hell of it either, I thought someone was about to throw punches. He asked the same lady to help me as she was grumbling and cussing about having to clean a car he was selling on the inside. I mentioned to him (the owner) that if she was rude to me, I would take my money elsewhere. He then stated that he would call the cops and have her removed because she has warrants for her arrest, she had stolen one of his cars earlier that morning, and was on heroin. I was baffled at this point. I tried to give them the benefit of my doubt and chalked it up to personal drama. I kept trying to test drive cars and the Escape I wanted to drive was buried behind a car that they couldnt move because there were no keys to it. Then, there was no battery in the car, and when baldy went to get one, he got the wrong one. Then, he said hed come back with a new one and never did. The other problem I had with this guy is every car I drove or asked about, he said, "Oh iit runs and drives good" this seems to be his answer for everything. So I ask about a different Escape he had on the lot, and he said "It runs and drives good and since you have kids itd be a good one, but if you want to test drive it, I will have to put a coil pack on it first. <---- Who does that? It apparently does NOT run and drive good if you cant even drive it. Seriously. I got another car out to test drive, it was a Chrysler Sebring convertible (and my last straw) the damn thing was shaky, started boiling over, and there were reallly crappy brakes on it. Finally, I just got done dealing with these blashpemous wreck of a business. They also falsely advertise their pricing by the way. The online prices are different than the window prices. Also on his secondary lot, someone stole most of the batteries and some of the radios from the car. They also had to fire an employee this morning for stealing someones car payment (his name was Dan) if you have bought a car and given your payment to Dan and they never said you paid cuz he probably stole it.

I will say I was very displeased with the car lot, I have never received such horrible service in my life with a used car lot. Right as we pulled in apparently one of the mechanics was testing a car, pulled out with white smoke filling the sky and street and was pulled over by a police car not even a minute down the road. When I got there everyone looked at us but no one came up and asked if we needed help or had any questions. Mike knew I was coming in today to look at this car so I thought it would be "showable" to start the emergency lights didnt work, so that indicated a dead battery to start off with. They keys were supposedly lost, possibly by some kid named Chris who "might" have brought them home and washed them and forgot to bring them in. The gentlemen Dan did not help us look at all, he kept yelling at all the guys, didnt bother to look at cars with my father and I, I kept having to walk up and down to speak to him. The cavalier also did not have a radio as advertised on the website, along with 2 other cars I looked at that was stated on the website. My father and I tested the 96 Saturn and was VERY tempted to buy it and was told NOTHING was wrong with it. We noticed white smoking coming out the back and had a lot of condensation coming out the muffler. I just sold a car that had a blown head so I know what it looks like along with my father. The mechanic even said the same thing and the service engine light was on. He even said that it needed a new head gasket, I was not about to buy another car with the same issue, we explained this to Dan and he got all upset with the mechanic and said it is not broken, the engine is fine, so he made the mechanic get in the car to test it out and sped off down that street, at this point I was IRATE with everyone there and my dad and I left. We have never been treated so poorly, I had CASH IN HAND, took off work to come see that car, and was planning to drive home in a car TODAY! This had to be the worst experience every with a car lot. I truly hope this is not the experience that all their customers receive for I am very disappointed.

I drove over an hour to get to this place today because the cars they advertised on Craigslist (Cincinnati) seemed to be decent and possibly a good value. Boy! WAS I WRONG. This place needs to immediately lock its doors and throw the key into the river its located next to. I went there with $2000 in hand, ready to buy a car, but was treated like I didnt exist. I went with my sister and all the hillbilly/redneck guys who worked there could do was yell, scream, cuss, and act like 5 year olds. The lot itself is nothing but a giant mud pit and most of the cars are literally sitting in 6 inches of the stuff. There was no convenient place to park my car but next to several mudholes that I almost stepped in getting out. My sister had to crawl over to my side of the car because there was no way she could get out on her side without stepping in one. After watching the "mechanics" and "lot attendants" act like clowns at a circus for 5 minutes I made my way into the office. What appeared to be a "salesman" was sitting at his desk eating his lunch and drinking a beer. He was absolutely no help. I told one of the guys what I was looking for (a car under $2000) and he asked the other "salesman" if they had what I was looking for. He pointed to a red car way out on the hill and said it was $2395 but that was all they had. I started to leave when he followed me out of the office and offered to show me some other cars. Then all of a sudden he "found" about a dozen cars under $2000. According to him, every car was a nice car and all of a sudden they were being discounted by hundreds of dollars to fit in my price range. After about 5 minutes of this I basically told him thanks...but NO thanks and left as fast as I could. I ended up over in Hamilton on Route 4 at a small car lot called Dixie Auto Sales and found a great Toyota Corolla. Needless to say, the salesman there was more than willing to help me and take my $2000 in cash off my hands. My last piece of advice...AVOID MICHAEL J AUTO SALES LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
