I dont believe any of these comments. Please dont buy a car from here especially if you are a woman. The car I got here has multiple problems from the first week I bought it. I am over 1400 dollars in the hole from repairs and counting I am looking into to filing it as a lemon if I have to pay anymore money to fix my car. When I took the car back with issues I was treated very unkind by a tall gentlemen I pretty much was told that its a used car and its my problem for buying a used car. I could go on and on with the disrespect I received from this place. Let me add that when I took it back to get "fixed" they fixed the problem with zip ties. I was told by multiple mechanics that I have a very insufficient running car. A couple mechanics told me they dont recommend Weinle to any of their customers. I read the reviews on google from this place before I bought my car and thought it would be a fair place. Be warned! These reviews must be from the sales men! Please dont waste your money and WOMEN beware take a man here with you. I purchased my vehicle from Weinle on Harrison.

On July 15,2015 purchased 2004 Jeep Wrangler .Shawn was our sales person and promised keys for the doors never received the keys .Shawn promised a new top for the 2004 Jeep Wrangler and then said he could sell it two us .Tires dont match ,brakes are bad .I filed a complaint with attorney generals office and he reported back no guarantee.BUYER BE AWARE BAD CAR DEALERSHIP!!And then on September 22, 2015 I spoke with Bill and he says that he cannot help me with the door keys that it came as is and the owner is not willing to do anything for me at all which is Rob.my husband was driving a 2004Jeep Wrangler White smoke was and transmission fluid started squirting all over the jeep and smoking our kid who is 10 years Is scared to death to ride in this .Spoke to the lender about this and they were so surprised Im sure now theyll be watching their deals very closely and not approving so many because we bought a piece of junk it needed a lot of work required Thousand dollars of work

STAY AWAY. These guys lied to my face. The owner has been known to purchase cars from auctions, have faulty/terrible quality repairs done and almost always does not report these to Carfax. The vehicle I bought from Weinle was a car that sat in water for an extended period of time. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY. The car I bought had severe premature corrosion and rust underneath the vehicle, yet I was flat out told there was no water damage. They paint their cars and make them look real pretty and then sell them to unsuspecting people who do not know the cars were previously WATER DAMAGED. As is common in many used car lots, they flip cars from auction without knowing the cars origin or history and then the consumer is stuck with all the problems. Buyer Beware. Know your consumer protection rights too.

This was the easiest, most stress-free experience Ive ever had. I went to Weinle because of the positive reviews here and was not disappointed. Randy took great care of me. I looked over the vehicles, took one for a drive down I-74, and had a nearby mechanic (Quality Plus) confirm everything was on the level when I had a clear choice. Fair pricing, no pressure, quality vehicles. Sidenote: I never knew this happy medium existed until I researched. I find branded dealerships heavy-handed and the "Buy Here - Pay Here" operations a little shady. This is a mid-level dealer that works directly with banks for financing and, as I said, is already fairly priced. The only reason I would not buy a car here would be a brand new purchase from a dealer.

We were on our way to another dealership driving by Weinle Auto saw the exact same vehicle stopped and was given such an awesome deal. Great Service and Ray definitely did not pressure us in any way. They even went above and beyond. One week later the TIMING BELT went out on the vehicle and they stepped up to the plate and covered all out of pocket costs. Unheard of in todays economy; take it so far as to say other than a reputable West Side family owned dealership would not have happened. I dont praise often..but they deserve a kudos BIG TIME! Thank you for having awesome work ethics

Went to 3 different dealerships in two days before walking in to Weinle. They were the only ones to greet me with a smile, and share my enthusiasm for the car I was buying, (first "fun" car Ive ever bought). Chris was my salesman, and he was a joy to work with, and Rob, the owner handled my paperwork. They even went as far as to work with me with my trade-in which was an out of state car that needed some tlc. The entire atmosphere was professional, and I will be going to Weinle for any car purchase in the foreesable future.

I have been a satisfied customer of Weinle Auto Sales since my first purchase from the dealership in 1999. The following year, I encouraged my parents and siblings to make the 80+ mile drive from their homes when they were in the market for quality, used vehicles. Since then, between us, we have purchased 8 additional vehicles from Weinle. Weve always been treated fairly and have recommended them to countless friends and acquaintances over the years. It is always our first stop when shopping for our next vehicle.

Only giving one star because I have to. Do not buy a car here. What can you expect from some used car salesmen?Lying. Dishonesty. Run-around. Hard lesson once again learned. Take your business to a normal car dealership where you can take advantage of 0% financing on a new car. Im honestly telling you to go elsewhere. They do not deserve your business. Looks like a current employee Christopher Hodges just gave a five star review. What a joke!!!!!

We bought our first car at Weinle East and had a great experience. Came to this Weinle to get our second car. We were there for over 2 hours on a Saturday and didnt get the sale finished before we had to be to other obligations. They never got back to us on Monday as we asked them to. There was a major lack of communication on their part, as well as a lack of interest in selling to a return customer. Wont be going back or recommending them.

They are very rude to their customers!! They are friendly during the car buying process and then once all the paper work is done, they become very rude. They messed our loan information and then told us it was our fault and we could fix it for $100. Im not trying to spend MORE money. They need to get it together there. Terrible employees. Go somewhere else!

Very friendly ..... I went to a couple other places to look around and everyone I went to was trying to get me to spend more than my budget was allowed and were really pushy... not Fred he was very friendly and at no point did he pressure me to go out of my budget I would recommend them to anyone and hope to do business with them again
