We bought a car from Time Auto a year ago and two weeks after we got it the engine blew. We saved the money to replace the engine and had it replaced (while still making the payments to them), then we found out that the alternator was bad and we had to replace it, next the fuel pump went out (three times). The garage we took the car to found four burned wires and two split wires that had been duck taped together under the car causing the car to constantly act up and break down by shorting out different parts that we then had to replaced. The car has cost us over $7,000 in repairs not to mention the payments weve made to them. We have been paying for this car for over a year and it has only been on the road four months. Then I found out that they charged us four times what the car was worth to begin with. Boy, did they play us as suckers. No wonder the woman that was getting the paperwork together kept saying "No Warrenty/ As Is". She knew she was selling a LEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill never go there agian and I tell everyone I know not to go there. The only reason we didnt let them repo this car is we are trying to build up our credit score so we can go to a real dealership. Not these losers. Never Agian. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are complete crooks. They started out good, seemed willing to work with the common issues that come with trying to get by in life these days and even fixed a problem with the car when we started paying on it that came up free of charge. Their politeness and willing to work with you doesnt last long: our first late payment and they wanted to repo the car, had has bring it back to the lot saying they would hold it for us but even though we called multiple times asking how much it would be to get it back, they repeatedly said they didnt know, until the day we were coming for it when they called to say we had to pay the entire car off in order to get it back. If Karma exists, these people are on the list of bad businesses to get kicked in the butt for their terrible customer service.

Didnt get much of a chance to see how they do business. I decided to get a car from them went in to see what the process was and was given a series of things I would need to have. The lady I spoke to was nice, but she downplayed the effect my credit score would have on the process. Only for me to discover when I go back 2 weeks later that the credit report is the very first thing they check and they will deny you straight away if anything comes up, before even looking at the 2 years worth of tax papers and bank statements you brought in. Especially since the guy that told me they wouldnt help me referred to a couple of cell phone accounts listed on my credit when Ive had the same account and even the same phone number for the last almost 2 years.

Well, They are very nice people but the car I bought I paid over 4000 more than what its worth ! As soon as I got the car I noticed stuff breaking off and the ac stopped working a ticking in the mortar started. A week after I paid 1200 down payment. Now a year later on have a small amount to left to pay ! I wanted to get it switched over in my sister name so she could take over payments they said no possible way , they would not work with me at all after paying thousands of dollars on a car thats worth 100. I asked other options and she said you will here from the attorney. Idk this place will reel you in with there down south charm and srew you all at the same time .

I have been a customer of time auto for many years I have bought several veicals from them the saff was always nice and some people must not understand that they are buying a used car and it brakes down thats not the car lots fault they sell used cars I recommend all my frinds to go there yes sometimes you get a car that needs some work I have gotten a car from them it had problems it was not there fault I I got a used car this is a great car lot if you what a good used car

If you looked up shady in the dictionary it would have a picture of the Time Auto sales staff. I bought 2 cars from them and both had transmissions go out in the first 2 weeks They get cars running just good enough to get off the lot and then they know you are screwed The owner is friendly until you buy one of their lemons and then he practically laughs in your face. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

The ladies here at this lot are life savers. Most people are in business for strictly money, but here its about much more. They know how important transportation is for families to achieve quality of life. They work with you (within reason) when times are hard and are very understanding. I wouldnt recommend any where else to purchase a used vehicle!!

The lady who worked there didnt seem to know anything, so a man pops in and was very rude and ignorant. Did not appreciate how he talked to us. Wouldnt go to them if they were having a free car special and will not recommend them.

Went to look for a car, the lady was rude as heck. Test drove a car, asked why the check engine was on she got pissy with me. Never going back. Only reason they are getting 1 star is cause I cant give them 0.
