This was the first place where we actually got to drive a variety of wheelchair conversion vans. (Two other larger dealerships utterly failed in customer service during our search.) As we expected, we chose the Toyota Sienna as far superior to Dodge and Chrysler offerings. This dealership offers more of the Dodge and Chrysler models, but had two Siennas available. The pricing at Paulding Auto Sales is much better than anywhere else in the Atlanta metro area. Of course that made us wonder if the quality was less. Our fears were realized when the van we purchased started having problems accelerating. However, Aaron and Tim came and picked up the van (probably 1.5 hour round trip), gave us a free rental, and got the problem solved (it ended up being bad gas). The customer service was definitely superior. We had the same great experience with the installation of a fold down back seat as part of our purchase. A local installer could not put in the right location because of seat belt and insurance issues. PAS sent the vehicle to Kentucky where the conversion dealer (ATS) corrected the installation. All the while, we had a free rental vehicle. We found PAS to be laid back, not pushy, buty very concerned to get everything right. They worked hard to please us and succeeded. We made a good decision buying here. After 3 months, the van has been great. Conversions are done by ATS in Kentucky. We have a rear entry, long-channel, manual ramp. Our daughter is able to ride comfortably in her wheelchair between our two boys. It is just what we needed and seems to be high-quality workmanship. Bottom line: No one really wants to buy a wheelchair vehicle; it is an expensive need. However, the two major wheelchair van dealers in Atlanta (AMS and MobilityWorks) have very high prices and poor (potential) customer service. Each of them wanted to sell us just what they had instead of learning what we wanted and needed. Paulding Auto Sales listened, let us test drive several options, and provided "extra mile" service after the sale on multiple occasions. Highly recommended!

Mar 15, 2013 by paybab7 Purchased a Dodge Caravan from Tim and found out at my first oil change that the engine supports were broken and had an attempted repair with poor welding along with a cracked transmission that was glued back together with some sort of putty that was leaking. When contacted Tim just laughed and told me tough luck!! I am a handicapped person on a fixed income and now the van is sitting at the dealer with no funds to fix. Thank God my church is stepping up to help me with good people donating to pay for the repairs that Paulding Auto Sales should of fixed. Awful people and crooks and have no conscience with taking advantage of the handicapped

We purchased a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2008...... We bought it sight unseen and depended heavily on the expertise of the people at Paulding. It was shipped to us in another state and we still are using it to date. We had no problems with it in any way. This vehicle and their help has been a true blessing to our family. They gave us good advice and made recommendations. I can only tell you how well our experience was and how very very good they were to work with. I would definitely do business with them again.

After considerable research and discussions with the owners of Paulding Auto Sales, I purchased a Handicap equipped Dodge Van and could not be happier. I was extended every possible telephone courtesy. The re-possessed vehicle arrived in BRAND NEW condition with the odometer at 6,000 miles as promised. The shipper brought it to my home from GA to NY exactly as promised. The total cost, including shipping was ten PLUS DOLLARS cheaper than OLDER models of the same vehicle available to me locally!

The van I purchased from them for $ 17500.00 had no shocks or suspension the body was sitting right down on the frame. The tires were dry rotted. They dont pay much attention to safety to be building handicapped vans. I wonder if the Ga. DOT knows what kind of vans they are putting on the road.

They are one of the few handicap accessible vehicle companies around and they have a passion for helping those in need.
