Worst place Ive ever been to. After two days and over 12 hours of my time, Ron Koptoff still couldnt even tell me the price of the vehicle I was trying to get. Which I didnt even want, he gave me 5 cars to choose from which 3 were stick shifts and I couldnt drive those, one was absolutely disgusting, trash in it everywhere and the last one I basically had to choose. He knew how much I made and knew I couldnt afford much. After wasting 12 hours of my time at least, he comes out with a contract of $500 a month payment and over 30% interest. And actually tried to talk me into it, told me itd be the same no matter where I go. Needless to say I walked out, he was trying to screw me over. A week later me and my boyfriend, (my consigner) get letters saying our credit has dropped 100 points. They ran his credit 14 times and mine about the same, insuring that now Ill definitely not get a car. If he would have told me the car price or the payments, I could have left right then but he waited til the last second and knew I had to leave at 3 for work and purposely brought the paper out at 3 exactly so Id "have" to sign it. It was a sad experience of an old man trying to screw over a 23 year old single mom for commission. Shame on him and shame on this whole dealership. If they keep saying "I dont know" every time you ask questions, needless to say, run out of there.

For starters, the dealership is listing vehicles above MSRP. When we were trying to negotiate terms, the finance person (I believe his name was Chris....?) tried to of course screw us over. When I told him the price would need to go down because as it stands it was over the MSRP he offered a $500 decrease which still made the truck over MSRP. He tried to pull the "we wont make any profit on this if we go lower" card out and since were not stupid we fought back. I told him it was still over what the Manufacturer is recommending the truck to be sold at, he said "the manufacturer has nothing to do with it. When I told him the MSRP was what the manufacturer is suggesting the retail price be, he argued with me saying I was wrong and that it was the market price. When a person representing a dealer cant even tell you what a well-known vehicle sales acronym is, you know they arent someone you should deal with. They also tried to low-ball the trade-in offering $9k on a 2014 Patriot and then only went up $500. Then they tried to say that the dealership will not earn any commission, incentive or money for making sales. These are some of the worst people to deal with who apparently do not know simple car terms. Sad thing is that we were looking to buy two vehicles from them and now are giving our business to someone else.

I have gotten to know the Kelsey family pretty well over the past several months. My wife and I purchased a brand new Tahoe from them in May. We love the vehicle, but have had an issue with the transmission on several occasions. Kelsey, specifically Paul, has been great throughout the entire process and we have finally reached the end of the issues with our Tahoe and can go back to enjoying it again. Most people seem to go out here to complain about the dealership when actually it is the product provided by GM that is the real issue. When the chips were down and I needed help getting to the bottom of my issue, I knew that Paul and Mike had my back and were dealing with GM on my behalf. Many people can sell you a car and as long as you dont have any issues remain in good standing with you. However, when you buy something and there are issues, it is nice to know there are still people out there you can trust with their word and a handshake. I would definitely recommend Kelsey Chevrolet for anyone who still believes in doing business with honest, hardworking people who always have your best interest in mind.

Good afternoon Walt, Bay and Paul! I just wanted to personally thank you for the past month. I was a complete emotional and physical mess when I walked into your place the day of the accident (Ill admit). Having Bay and Walt there to welcome me as soon as I walked through the door was the most awesome thing that I could have asked for. You did something that you didnt have to do by comforting me and telling me that everything is fine and you were there for me with whatever I needed. It was so nice to know that I had the 3 of you to take care of me and whenever I saw you around you always had that smile on, asking how I was doing (not to even mention that you didnt have a worry in the world that I still had your loaner car). You were so kind, comforting and patient that I literally did feel like you were treating me as family. Yes, I have had a great experience with getting BOTH cars from you but the way that we were treated as family is the best thing about the Kelseys. I just cant thank you enough! I will be willing to advertise for your family anytime! Thanks so much! Jamie
