I was in desperate need of another vehicle. I purchased one from the BattleCreek location back in 2008, so I knew I could go back and find a vehicle. Before going in, I did the online application. They immediately called me back to set up an appointment. I went in the next morning and was pleasantly greeted by Mike Anderson. We talked for a while just like we were old friends. He let me know how much I was approved for and I went outside to look for a car that would suit my needs. I found a nice 2006 Pontiac G6. The best part about the whole ordeal was that I didn’t have to put a penny down plus they gave me a choice of 3 items to choose from. I picked the 250 gas card. Being a female, we tend to be hesitant about going to a dealership alone. I don’t jump too easily so I knew I could walk out if I wasn’t satisfied. Mike and Steve Barlow were the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. I’m glad I went in that day. If anyone is doubtful, ask me and I will tell you that this is the place to go. The first car I purchased was a 2000 Pontiac Bonneville. Yes it was an older model but it is still running. These men would not put their name or reputation on the line just to sell someone a car. I am an honest person. I have to give Car City a high five for a job well done. Thank you Mike Anderson and Steve Barlow for making me a happy camper.

This is a predatory lender. They are selling cars for 4 times the amount and tacking on crazy finance charges. I paid over $22,000 when it was all said and done and am left with a piece of junk car. My cars value is now $800-$1000 just to give you an idea. This system is designed to trap you and either get you a repo on your credit to further damage it or suck the money out of you for the next 4 1/2 years. After you make your 48th payment, you have 3 choices. Return the car and paid a $200 fee, yes you have to pay them to take it back, they get to evaluate it and possibly charge you more if repairs are needed. You can also return it and lease a new vehicle, which is a terrible idea. The 3rd option is the purchase option and you get to pay another $2,000 to purchase the car after your 48th payment. THIS IS A FLEASE, BE CAREFUL becuase the system is designed to leave you with no car. It does improve your credit some, but the improvement is MINIMAL. They will lie to you and make you think you will have great credit afterwards. I made all 48 payments on time and never missed a single one by a day.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Mike is incredibly helpful, and really makes sure you have everything you need. He explains all of the paperwork so well, and really has your best interest in mind. The first day there werent any cars on the lot I liked, but we searched online and he got a feel for what I was looking for. The next day i received a phone call saying he found the car for me. He was right! I came in later on that day and a few hours later drove me 2008 G6 GT home. I have only had it for a few days, and my mechanic will look at it on Friday, but there is no doubt in my mind that everything will check out on the car. Thank you guys for all of the help!

Hey all, If youre in the market to get a car, and youre having trouble with the other dealerships seeing your credit (you have credit, but FICO is reporting you as having 0/No Credit), I HIGHLY recommend Car City! Jordan and Steve are great guys, and they work hard to make sure you get the vehicle you want. My car had a a bad Passenger Air Bag sensor in it, and they wouldnt let me drive it off the lot, because they wanted me to have a safe vehicle. Instead, they took care of it, at no cost to me, and offered to set me up with a free loaner car, instead. TL/DR: If you need a car, good credit, bad credit, no credit, go to Car City! Theyll take great care of you.

Thanks Jordan! You made it easy to get a vehicle, not only one that we love, but one that was affordable. I highly recommend Car City if other dealerships are turning you down due to low credit scores. They accept trade-ins and low monthly payments compared to others, and to top it off I put very little money down. I got a great deal. Jordan was great and was there to help throughout the whole process, no gimmicks. I will be returning for another vehicle soon!
