Very bad experience. Avoid this store My story: I switched to sprint last April . At that time, there was a deal where I can get iPhone 7 and trade off my iPhone 6. The deal was to get unlimited call, Text and data (50+ taxes), snd get a credit ($462) for the trade off which will be used to pay for equipment over 18 months. Since then sprint is still charging me for the equipment (25 dollars a month). I went to your store when I received my first bill to ask why sprint charged for equipment. The answer was to wait for next bill cycle and sprint will adjust it for me. Same thing happened for the second the third and fourth bills and every time I go there, I got the same answer, Fifth time, I went to the store and met you the store manger (Ricky Urena). At that point, he said we will solve the problem and you will get either credit or adjustment next cycle. I left the store. Unfortunately, I got another bill few days ago (with no adjustment or refund has been made). I called the store and go t no answers. I emailed mr. Ricky and he never answer. It is extremely unprofessional customer service from Sprint and how its customer is being treated. Extremely unrcommended store. Please do not go there.

I purchased a phone charger cable for $30 with a lifetime warranty by the company Ventev from this Sprint location in August and the plug broke 3 months later. They no longer carried that phone charger cable and were unable to honor the warranty like I was told they would and refused to look up my receipt so I could try to go through Ventev for the warranty. Also I called multiple times attempting to figure out if they would honor the warranty and they never got back to me claiming the manager was out and or they would get back to me because they had to check with the manager who apparently had nothing better to do than sit in the back of the store and ignore its customers. A representative went in the back for about 10 seconds before he came back telling me that there was nothing the store could do for me. So suck on this one star review Mike. Jose a representative at the store was helpful and nice. Everyone else didnt seem like they wanted to be there or were just unfit to work at this establishment

Store is awesome! Store manager Ricky was very helpful, its nice to see store managers working with customers because most sprint stores Ive been to they just hang in the back. I also worked with a rep named Liam. Nothing but GREAT service from Liam, he helped me out getting my new iPhone while you could tell he genuinely cared about my visit. I didnt work with Chris on my visit but he was keeping me entertained while Liam transferred my info. Great staff!
