In March my contract was up so I upgraded to the new iPhone. I was told that my bill would be roughly $90/month. Since then after the installment charges in the first month I have been paying $130/month. My data plan is 2gb. The reason for the charges is because probably every 2-3 weeks I am going over my data and they automatically add a gb for $15. About 2 weeks ago I went in to ask what could be done about my data and how I could stop getting charges. The only 2 options they gave me were to upgrade to 6gb for $130/month or to lower or drop my insurance. I didnt approve of either of the ideas because I do not want to pay what Im paying now. And I wanted to know what was causing me to go through so much data because I wasnt on my phone using it enough to go through it so quickly. Tonight I decided to go onto my at&t app to check out if I could get more data for less than Im paying now. Low and Behold I can get 5gb of data for $75/month. If you ask me that sounds like a sales man trying to make the store more money off of me. Unfortunately for him that day was not his lucky day. So now I upgraded my my plan to 3gb more for $55 less a month. So there was a way to lower my bill and I even got a bonus and got more data.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had trying to buy a phone. There was only one knowledgeable person in the store and he was too busy to help me. The man that was helping me said theres not really a difference between Android and iphone. Way too much pressure to sign agreements that werent explained. Do yourself a favor and call at&t directly if you live in this area. Ive had at&t for ten years and have never been treated this way. Get it together West Lebanon AT&T.

This is a busy office, like most wireless stores, so you may have to wait depending on when you go, but the folks here are very knowledgeable, courteous and always give you sensible and helpful advice. They do not just try and upsell you things or plans that you do not need. I have been going in here for sales and service, etc. needs for two years and they are terrific.

DAN....DAN...DAN. Watch out for DAN. In order to increase commission DAN will add features to your wireless Bill and lie to your face as he is clicking away. When confronted by the customer DAN will backtrack and act confused. Stay away from this store at all cost$$$$$. SINCERELY, WALTER L. REID JR.

They are the most unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and rude people in this store. Buy your phone and other items elsewhere. They will sell you anything but if you have questions or problems after the sale they will not help you!! Horrible!

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, convenient location, private parking. Can get busy on weekends. Im surprised to see bad reviews about Daniel, he always goes out of his way to help us.
