My fiance purchased me a new 2016 Hyundai sonata from them in Feb and when I went in for my oil change I notified service department about a noise coming from front end..I have brought my car there 3 times already to fix the noise that continues and the last time I was there the manager was very rude and treated me with no respect. I informed the gm about his remarks regarding my vehicle and once again nothing has been done..my car is under warranty and everytime I try to bring it in I get an excuse that manager is not there or they are busy and will call me when they have open appointments. Worst service ever not to mention this is the second car my fiance purchased from them within 4 months apart from eachother..sales department were great its just service needs an attitude adjustment and some training on how to speak to ppl. I felt as if manager was speaking to me as if I was stupid and did not know anything because Im a female. If this issue does not get resolved soon I will have to speak with someone higher up. I will never purchase a vehicle there again learned my mistake
