Looking for replacement trailer tires I found about 50 options on the Pep Boys website & thought: Great! This is simple. Went in the following day for a related purchase & figured Id ask -- without much detail, really. Five or six guys milling around the service desk. One finally asks if he can help & so I ask if they can replace this old tire style & do they have any in stock. He fumbled around the keyboard for awhile & replied: "No we dont stock those." So I ask: "How long would it take to order some?" "We cant order them." "Your website says you can." Deer in the headlights eyeballs stare back. I thought about going back with a copy of website listings, but, you know: either the store worker bees or the website is not the brightest bulb in its particular pack. Or maybe both. It didnt inspire confidence. So I went to a more local tire store about half a mile west on the same street, got a guy who knew tires & spent my money there -- in about 5 minutes. Got tires installed on rims that afternoon. Sometimes I wonder why Pep Boys never pops up in my mind as an auto supply store, and then I make the mistake of visiting it.

Ordered a part online which came in scratched. I called ahead to see if i can return it, to which they said yes. I brought everything that came in the box when i got it exactly the way i got it, and it turned into a nightmare. The first gentleman i asked about it insisted that i dropped it on concrete and intentially scratched it, the second was even worse. The return lady (Lisa) did nothing but scoff and belittle me. She complained about everyone else needing her the entire time, and kept rolling her eyes. In the end nothing was resolved, and i headed back home with the messed up part. The worse thing is that i really do like pep boys products, but i definitely wont be coming back.

I have to thank the staff and technicians at the service center. Brought my car in for exhaust repair, and it ended more problematic than planned. One technician stayed on after he was scheduled to leave in order to finish the work on my less than friendly to work on vehicle. It took longer than expected, but anyone who knows automotive repair should know that these things happen, and the mechanics are hardly to blame. Great job! I can hear myself think again as opposed to my dump truck sounding exhaust. Thank you all...

i brought in my 2000 ford mustang to have my exhaust manifolds replaced. the store service manager robert and his staff went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the replacement. they got everything done in a timely manner and did a quality job. i would drive the extra distance to go here even though the raynham ma location is closer to me. A+

The service department is amazing. I brought my car in at the last minute with a critical issue and they made sure it was drivable and safe before I got out of work that afternoon. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be working with them in the future.

Best Pep Boys out there! Wish I can give 10 stars! Keith was a majo help! Even let use me his charger to charge my phone. Went in a for annoying oil change which usually takes 1hr. Got out of there in 45 mins. Definitely recommend.
