Im writing a bad review because Management is unsympathetic to animals personal safety and health over the prospect of possibly offending a customer. I went to B&N to get a book and noticed someone had left their dog in car with a window barely cracked. I went in did my shopping and came out. It was in the 80s so I went back inside explained the situation to the manager and asked if they would make a friendly reminder to check on your pets if you left them in the car since it was a hot day. She was very short and rude to me and completely unwilling to do anything. I went outside trying to decide if I should call the police but luckily the owner came out of B&N shortly after. My family will be shopping at Amazon for our books going forward.

I go here all the time and LOVE it...BUT..the new policy of closing at 8:00 or 9:00 does not work for me. I usually GO there at 8:00 and like to spend a couple of hours. Now, no sooner do I arrive and get a cup of coffee when I hear the announcement that they will be closing in 15 mins etc.. Ill be going there a lot less now.

Great place to sit have coffee & or dessert. Nice to meet people you know & dont know. They have a wide selection of books for every age, especially a private childrens section. They offer a discount card if you read a lot, save $ .Have nice little gifts, as well as the books. Courteous Service. Very Friendly

I dont know why but I still enjoy holding a book in my hand. I still like browsing through books store sampling them. But I usually end up buying online. Its a nice store nice coffee shop in the store and its a nice place to hang out for a while and read. The staff is always very helpful

Best customer service here. But you pay full retail for books. I had to check against Amazons prices and they are considerably cheaper. I needed them asap for kids summer work for school or I would have just gone online.
