Very easy access from the highway! Ive always had great help here, both in the store and at the coffee bar. Like most B&Ns, the store is well ordered and stocked. Its a medium sized store--there are bigger locations in the area that might have a wider selection--but Ive never found it lacking the things Im looking for. The cafe area is well kept, and though there arent TOO many seats to be had, there always seem to be enough to go around. Parking isnt too bad, though can feel a bit cramped when it gets busy. My favorite time to go is after work on a weekday: it gets quiet and roomy and especially relaxing. Ive even gone there on a date (can you tell that Im much book nerd?).

Cashier Stephanie D was very rude and mad when we asked a few questions about B&N coupons for both online and in-store. She insisted we asked her the same questions for three times so she thought she was intitled to be MAD! We do believe the questions we asked were similar but not the same, she just did not have patience to understand what we were trying to explain. Customer service is sucks in B&N! We wont shop B&N anymore!

This is a very good store. I have visited many locations of Barnes and Nobel and im giving this location 4 stars because it lacks one thing. I understand that the store is medium sized and not one of the bigger locations where they have extra space. But many people come here to just read, and there arent any separate reading chairs except for the seating area beside Starbucks. Thats the only thing this store is missing.

Everyone around me was being asked, if they needed help, but me. I walked around several more times, in case they hadnt seen me; it was clear that they were ignoring me. Im a Latina and love to read; member of Barnes and Noble for a very long time. I travel to different places in the U.S. so I visit several locations, sometimes I might not need any help, but it would be nice not to feel ignored.

Not great, not poor. This Barnes & Noble is the only game around the South Shore for the "big bookstores" now that Borders is gone. Maybe its the emphasis on Nooks -- yes, I do have a Kindle -- over book space in the front of the store, but it just doesnt feel like a bookstore anymore. The staff is helpful, but it also seems that the selction of books grows ever thinner in scope.

Im a big supporter of bookstores. Seems like theyre going the way of the dinosaur. B&N in Braintree is a great store...lots of sales and a huge selection of the current best sellers. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If they dont have what youre looking for theyll do their best to find it for you. B&N is all about quality and customer service!

I remember being ecstatic leaving Barnes & Noble as a kid. Now as a college student I can hardly afford a single book at B&N! Walked out of this store with a big ol frown on my face and no books in my hands. I absolutely despise Amazon but Im forced to take my business there. Good store with a nice selection though.

Great store, the kids section entertained my 3 and 1 year old for almost an hour and the employees didnt bat an eye at us hanging out there. I found several books and toys that we really liked and my kids have continued to play with and enjoy them in the months since we visited.

While I am now reading books from my Pixel C, I still value books and this is the place I like to purchase them. This place has a very comfortable atmosphere and is next to the Braintree Mall. Visit anytime.
