A wonderful extensive collection of new and used books - for everyone from babies to elders. Everything is generously discounted!!! Fiction, non-fiction, history, science, literature, philosophy, music and art, cooking- mostly any category you can think of. The staff is always helpful and patient. If they havent got what you want, they will special order it. There are also gift items, tons of calendars, and some toys. You can happily peruse the many shelves for hours. Even tho the building is a cavernous warehouse, there is an old fashioned, cozy and welcoming ambience. We love this store, and always are proud to bring guests from other places to visit and enjoy. You could spend a lifetime in this place and never read the title of every book here. During a recent visit up to see the fiances family, we stole away for a day to explore the New England Mobile Book Fair. We literally spent 4 hours here and barely scratched the surface of books that there was there to see. While I made note of several books I wanted pick up, I did actually pick up a music book for my sister. She had been searching for a while for a music book that had popular Broadway musical pieces for her theater class. There was definitely a wide array of these books, not to mention everything else. This place alone is a good enough reason for me to want to go back to MA.

I miss the old store. End of an era. I would buy $200 worth of books every visit and my 4 kids loved spending hours here. Not anymore. No energy, poor selection, high prices, no more used books, sterile, poor to no seating, and staff looked bored. I guess the pressure from online shopping is just too much.

Kind and friend and helpful staffers... amazing selection of books (never fail to find what I want, never leave without finding books that I hadnt expected)... anyone with a love of reading and learning should spend time here... it is a gift to New England

I love this place -- can you tell? I always find what I need, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I teach and order from here each year thus stretching my meager classroom budget dollars. It is my best place for gifts, for personal reading, for old favorites and new gems.

New England Mobile Book Fair is a great place to shop for a gift, or for yourself! They have a great selection of books, and everything is discounted. The aisles are categorized by publisher, but the displays towards the front of the store make it easy to find a new great read.

Outstanding selection--possibly the best in New England. Knowledgable staff, easy access from highway. Open until 7 weeknights and later on Wednesdays. This is truly a one-stop bookstore, offering 20 per cent off most books and even deeper discounts on selected volumes.

I have a grown up with the New England Book Fair and saddened to hear that it is downsizing. At least it is not disappearing. Memorable annual visits with my late Nana give me great flashbacks. The place is emptying out so check out the old space before they leave.
