My wife and I were in a search for a new stroller since ours had been stolen. We were hoping to get just the stroller for the set that we already had. Beth approached us asking if she could assit us and I offered up to her my challenge of trying to find the stroller we were looking for. But after much research with Babies R US and Chicco, she had come to the conclusion that it was IMPOSSIBLE to get "just" the stroller we wanted. When we asked her about a store transfer of a comparable stroller she said it could take up to three week. She was finally able to get a stroller of the same system only slightly darker color that we would be able to take home same day. Beth made our day by making the best out of a worst case scenario. She went above and beyond and my wife and I are grateful for her assistance. Most associates would just say "sorry we dont have that".

They dont answer the phone. Called the store to ask a question. it took 10 tries before someone finally answer the phone on 1-31-16. Not sure how busy they were because the girl that finally answered was laughing ... it took her a few seconds before she could actually talk. I was transferred to a male employee in the electronics dept. that was very helpful and saved me from driving to the store for nothing.

My daughter and I couldnt be more appreciative of the assistance that we recently received from Megan in the baby department. She was very knowledgeable about everything that we asked, and we asked her a lot of questions. We never felt like we were being rushed. Thank you for all your help.

This one has the better selection out of the other ones that are in the area. Lots of people to help with registry questions, before you buy baby things look it up online first, there are 100 of things you dont need and better places online to get fun things for your kid.

Love how they do things extra for kids on Saturdays. my son and I walked in they had a star wars Lego building section, where the kids got to build a millennium Falcon Lego for free and got to keep it. plus to a scavenger hunt. my son loved it! Great staff

Selection was great, store could use to be cleaned up a title. I know there are kids playing all day but someone should be ing some of those toys away throughout the day, where they belong. The staff was as helpful as they felt they needed to be.

If it your childs birthday they will give them a crown and a balloon and announce their birthday over the intercom! My daughter loved the attention from it.

Very clean and tidy store with a huge selection compared to other locations. Also great that its a combined toys r us and babies r us.

My son loves going here to browse stuff that hes seen on youtube. They have an awesome Lego selection as well.
