I called the toll free number tonight to place an order and the customer service lady I spoke to took my information and I gave her my credit card 4 times and she still did not get it right if they had someone who spoke English and understand English she would have got it right the first time.

Its always hit or miss, as the inventory is always changing. Sometimes you find exactly what you want for a great price, other times you leave empty-handed. Tends to be crouwded with long lines at the checkout.
