Ive gone here several times and tried different things, but nothing ever seems to taste fresh. The cookies are especially bad—very dry and hard. The chocolate bread pudding is decent but nothing great. Oddly enough, their cinnamon bread is amazing—absolutely the best Ive ever had... the only reason why they get three stars! Youre better off going to Russos in Watertown and getting stuff from their bakery, which is less than a five minute drive from there.

Antoines cannoli and lobster tails are the best youll find anywhere. I have family from NYC, CT, TX, and Canada who visit twice a year, and they always insist on going to Antoines as soon as they unpack. And the owner and staff are very attentive. Were lucky to have such a great bakery nearby.

I have been going to Antoines since the mid- 1970s, and for good reason. Their Napoleons, ricotta pie and little Italian cookies are exceptionally delicious. Antoines was making artisanal pastries before the current batch off celebrity dessert-makers were even born!

Ordered an Italian rum cake for Mothers Day. Cake was ready on time. It was beautifully decorated and tasted delicious! Exactly what I wanted. I have had rum cakes from other bakeries, but Antoines is and always has been the best!
