First off i dont reconmmend this resturaunt to no one my daughter went on this field trip with the school and went here for lunch the manager john and autumn were highly very disrespectful to children not just my daughter was the only one complaining and said they refuse to go back cause of it. My family and i use to be regulars there not anymore and i will be telling people i know not to go there again. And when i called john to tell him of this incident he denied it and was very rude to me as well.he refused to give me his bosses name

Reasonably priced, good service, salad was large and tasty; however, cold sweet potatoes fries were politely replaced with hot but slightly burnt fries. Mozzarella Sticks were not fresh and gooey. Was hoping the ice cream would make up for it but the first bite was just ice and overall the ice cream wasnt creamy. Sorry for a negative review but want tourists to know what they will be getting when on a short visit.

Not a big fan of chain food but thought it would be fine with the kids. After waiting 25 minutes to be seated (at separate tables since the staff used the big booths to seat 2 people at a time), we waited another 20 for coffee and then another 25 for food. This was breakfast. And the best I can say about the food is that it was serviceable. Not recommended at all.

Brought my son here for breakfast and he ordered the "Waffle With the Works" which is on the menu only to be told "Oh Geez they are gonna love me back there thats the second one" by the waitress. I find that comment unneeded and pretty rude. Way to buzzkill my childs breakfast choice. I wonder if the other waffle with the works came with a side of guilt trip.

Got seated and the waitress IMMEDIATELY shows up at the table asking if we were ready to order. Told her we needed a few minutes. After her fourth trip to the table in less than 5 minutes I just gave up and let the kids order their ice cream since I still hadnt had a chance to look at the menu for more than 30 seconds uninterrupted.

The service has been horrible 2 out of 3 visits. Their menu does not truthfully advertise the dish. For example the turtle sundae did not come with pecans but the menu explicitly said it did. After pointing this fact out the waiter told us we were wrong and continued to ignore us for the rest of the visit.

All around delicious! Cannot go wrong with breakfast here, every item is great. Of course this means sometimes therell be a wait to sit, but its well worth it. If youre craving something sweet, they got you covered with the ice cream selection (Get an Awful Awful...you wont regret it!)

Went there for ice cream and they brought me and my boyfriends ice cream but not our 2 year olds ice cream. We ordered fries while we were there to snack on and they bring us a sandwich, also waited to be seated by a hostess for 5 minutes when it wasnt even really busy.

Food was average. Ice cream was average and cookies were overrated. If youre into "creative food" like grilled cheese made with fried mozzarella sticks and large but unsatisfying portions of ice cream novelties, this is the place for you. 4 stars for good staff.

The food was great, the service was very friendly. The atmosphere was very nice and low key. We were very glad we chose here to eat. And our girls loved the make your own sundaes! Highly recommend this for families looking for an easy going place to eat.

Had the mocha cookie frappe. Treated great! Service was quick and no hassle. Would appreciate a more visible menu though. The one visible was stuck on the service window and its really hard to order unless you know exactly what you want beforehand.

It was awful. Aw. Im so full, Im awfully full of awful awful. 5 stars. But be careful, the waffle grilled cheese isnt made with waffles, its just a grilled cheese that they stick in a waffle maker, its still good, just not made with waffles.

The food was very affordable and warm. The ice cream is the best part. The food was mediocre at best and the service was even worse. My friend asked for a glass of water and was told "No. I have like five ice creams to make."

Fantastic food here! Kudos to the chef! The proportion is big, especially the Holy Cow with 3 eggs, 3 toast, 3 bacon, 3 sasuage link, & potatoes delish! Much more natural vs iHop across the street. Service was great as well!

Horrible service, mediocre food. Ordered takeout and the food was so sloppily made (how can you mess up a hotdog?), and an item was missing. Too many great places here so will never spend another dollar there.

A good spot for comfort food. The food is not expensive, as they expect you to get ice cream as well. Awful awfuls are the go-to and most popular of desert choices. Would recommend for familys and teens.

Its good if you dont want to go to IHOP across the street. Its also less expensive than IHOP. The food is nothing to rave about. It will make you full but not make your mouth water.

You cant say youve been to Newport without going to Newport Creamery and trying their famous Awful-Awfuls. They serve lunch and dinner too!
