I love Orange Leaf but this location on Main Street Salem, NH smells really bad. It smells like dirty restroom/ old pee in the whole store. A group of 8 kids stand at the door after I purchased my frozen yogurt and open the door to smell and said it still smells in there we are not going in. Most of the machines were empty and one was out of order. Below is the message I received from the store manager. It was very unethical for her to email me with no apology or solutions to fix the issues. I will continue to refer to this place as dirty because the issue seemed to go right over her head and how rude I was treated thru this email. Please continue reading Laykin, How are you? I own and manage the store here and would appreciate if you will draw my attention towards what exactly happened and why you felt like that? I work at my store Monday to Thursday open to close and you will always find me here so pls let me know if there is something I am missing on my end. I was shocked when it says that the machines were empty.. Because that can never happen with my management. And the pee comment breaks our heart. We try our best to serve our customers, THE BEST. And one remark like this affect us so much with the struggling businesses like ours as our winters are dead. So would appreciate all you can share regarding your visit. Thanks, Birva.

Love coming here with my family. They offer a variety of flavors and toppings. The kids also get to color & play games while enjoying their frozen yogurt. The staff are friendly too!
