Horrible! Dont order the skinny vanilla or any summer delights. The fruits are completely frozen. The skinny vanilla i ordered had blueberries and strawberries and they just tasted nasty. Had no flavor. Very disappointed. Not only do you no get a receipt, but they rush you. When i went with my kids they couldnt make up their minds so the staff was getting annoyed and was rushing us. I dont recommend, J.P licks you have a loyal customer. Always fresh.

Okay, the girls working here are SAINTS. Its a Sunday afternoon, the line is out the door, there are only TWO of them (!!! Apparently someone called out, I heard snippets of a conversation) and theyre busting their asses to serve as fast as they can with smiles on their faces. These girls deserve to be earning SO MUCH MORE than theyre getting, please promote them immediately!!!

Not happy hrs say Monday till 10pm I wonder who the manager is they closed a half HR early for there convenience,,,Ive read other review s saying same thing door locked early..not good business at all.disapointed and Im gonna go back to. Any of there stores after spending this gift card.

They have an impressive collection of flavors. The decor is inviting and hygienic. Staff is friendly and helpful. Do try their cupcakes (i know their ice cream is well known) and I am sure you will love them.

Went there at 1025 tonight and door was already locked. Will not go back to this overpriced sub par place. That shows customer service is not a priority.

Loved it! Super Ive cream mixed with fresh fruit and topping. I tried the banana, caramel, nut and vanilla ice cream. Ill come back for the other.

I LOVE IT GET THE CAKE BATTER ICE CREAM AND PUT SOME GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST ON THAT AND YOU GOT YOURSELF A FANCY FEAST.

The concept is good: ice cream with bits mixed in, but the ice cream isnt that great and the mixing not so thorough.
