Let me preference this by saying that I almost never do product/businesses reviews. Its not because Im lazy but rather, most of the time the business or product performs as expected, how to you write a review about "average"? So if I do a review its because I think the business has gone above and beyond. That is how I feel about RevTech. RevTech worked on several computers for me as well as replacing the screen on my iPhone 6s. I have bought used laptops from them and all worked without problems. RevTechs work is good, their prices are reasonable (unlike the big box stores) and one of the things I like most about RevTech: When you talk with them, in person or on the phone, you are speaking with the person servicing your computer. You are talking with the person that can answer your questions. Supporting local businesses is important to the community. Ive owned my own businesses so I know how important it is to have local support. The best way is to get local support is providing superior service but even more than that, treat your customers with respect. The customer/client is the most important part of any business. For my money, Im going to a place where the staff cares about the customer with respect and your product with care.

Well, it all started when I tried to get my desktop computer fixed through the manufacturer. Between phone calls & having a tech come to my home, I was told that I had to send my computer to their service facility...not what I was hoping for. I was sharing our "story" with a friend and she highly recommended us to go & talk to the folks down at Rev-Tech. Im glad I did. Not only am I up & running (hence the review), but they also offered to transfer all the data from our older computer to our current. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable & the work was complete in 2 days at a great price. All I can say is that if your having "tech issues", you have to give Rev-Tech a call, you wont be disappointed.

Just a shout out to anyone looking for top notch service to be done to their electronic devices. Ron & Marcus are awesome. They are gentlemen,courteous,knowledgeable & speak in laymens terminology for folks like me who are soooo not computer savy. They came to my home & picked up my husbands computer. He is blind so they went above & beyond to accomodate his needs. We were so pleased with the their work that I called them to work on my lap top. What impressed me is there are NO surprises. They check everything out & u give them the OK to go ahead & repair the problems. True professionals who love what they do & do it well. Great job!!!!!

AWESOME! Awesome, awesome, awesome! The BEST costumer service ever, they looked at all of my stuff, and werent going to charge me a thing if they couldnt fix it. I will NEVER ever go to Geek Squad to fix anything, they are the biggest rip off. This place charged reasonably, was polite, helpful, inviting, and I really cant say enough great things about them. So many places in general are just rude and miserable and nasty, and want to charge an arm and a leg for everything just because they can, and I really appreciate their timely effort, and helpful demeanor. Will be back for all of my electronics that need a fixin!

We first learned of RevTech when my boyfriends computer was crippled by a virus. It cost nothing for them to look at it, and really the repair wasnt really priced bad. The service was quick, got it back within a week. Some weeks later, we returned to by me a nice desktop for a great deal and we got a nice deal to go with a different, cheaper monitor. It runs great, the monitor is wonderful. Recommending this place to everyone! This will always be my place to go!

My 5-year-old Dell Computer had two hard drives die on a Sunday morning. By Friday afternoon, my system was back up and running. Lloyd discussed the repair options and we decided on a solid state drive for Windows 10 and programs. The other drive is for data. The repairs were prompt, efficient, and reasonable. I heartily endorse the outstanding customer service at RevTech.
