I had a dreadful experience at this Staples store yesterday. I had ordered and paid for a box of file folders online, received an e-mail that they had arrived at the store, then showed up before work the next day to pick them up. After being passed from one clerk to another, I was finally told with a shrug that they didnt know where the box was. I showed them the confirmation on my phone, but that didnt help. I had to leave for work but the very helpful cashier (not one of the unhelpful, disinterested guys on the floor) took my phone number and said someone would call. No one did. Finally, I was able to call from work about six hours later and was put on hold twice before someone finally came on to tell me they had no idea where the box of folders was. He said they would issue a refund then reorder the item. Exasperated and having no interest in going to the store again or even dealing with Staples at all, I said just issue the refund. No problem, he said. The one star of this review is for the helpful older gentleman at the register who truly seemed sorry they werent treating me better. Thank goodness for him, hope they appreciate him.

Okay many complaints about this store. First of all the pricing is horrible. If you want to stay competitive like Best Buy, lower the price and price match easier. The staff here are like zombies or they are snobby. The pickup is an absolutely joke. I gave it few tries and gave up. It wouldve taken me much shorter to pick up the items. I thought Lowes & Home Depot was slow but no, your store is by far the slowest and have the most confused employees. Theres a lot your store needs to improve. The employees dont seem to care about doing anything with any sort of energy and friendliness.

If youre already visiting one of the other stores, and need to pick up some office supplies, this place isnt bad. Otherwise, its in a typical busy mall parking lot, which some people dont mind, but I find a little stressful.
