Wish I can give 0 star. I have too many problems with this store: Worst experience ever. I shipped some items from this store and seems that they didnt get them picked up as scheduled. The item supposed to be delivered on the 14th. But it wasnt delivered until 17 instead. It took 14 days. The print me method doesnt work. I emailed some documents to staples email to print them within 5 min. I showed up to give them the doc # the agent there told me to come back in one hour. WTH. I tried to scan my bank docs to email them the agent told me she cant scan financial documents. I said its mine. She said sorry. WTH I TRIED TO SHIP SOME STUFF FOR MY BOSS, STAPLES SAID THAT I NEED MY ID AND THE RETURN ADDRESS HAS TO BE THE SAME ON MY ID. I SAID ITS FOR MY BOSS SHE SAID SORRY ITS THE POLICY. I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH STAPLES ANYMORE. ITS THE WORST EVER.

Day before mothers day whent two Staples with my kids to Get my Wife a gift. HDMI cable,and a memory card. After trying to find the item 15 two 20min i ask a emp. He told me that there no such thing an HDMI cable for the phone. I tride to explain that i seeing it before o boy guy talk down on me like if i ways telling what to do. So i ask if i can speak with someone else. "NO IM THE ONLY TEC REP". So whent to BEST BUY they greeted me at the door the gentleman explained to me about the HDMI cables. that didnt have in stock he sat down with me we ordered it online show me all the storage devices that I can use for my device thats customer service.

Very bad experience here! I went to this Staples on Feb.21 2016 at afternoon time around 3pm. I planned to purchase two printers. When I checked out, the store manager named Jodi or Judi (white female, age 40-50s, I asked her business card and denied) recommended me to purchase warranty and extra ink. I was not interested at these items at that time, then she said that she can only sell one to me and said this is Staples policy. She obviously lied and very rude! Not recommend and will never go back to this store!

I am not laying or jockeying! It is the truth. This store located in revere so sucks, no service, no respect to the customers. Terrible moments, I was 2 to time for a pick up, a lot of customers waiting for 1 guy, I left to come back same thing happened! What happen? Saving money and working hard just for the payroll and ignore customers or what? Better to close it as Stop & shop did!!!!!!!!!!!
