The Computer Doctor and his staff are the best around. They always are prompt, provide exemplary service, and their prices are quite reasonable. All of our business and personal computers are serviced by the Computer Doctor, and we couldnt be more happy. Because computers are crucial to the success of our business, when they dont work properly, things around here come to a standstill. The Computer Doctor knows this, and has always called us back immediately whenever we scream, "Our computers are down!" Either the Computer Doctor or one of his competent staff show up that day, fix our computers, and were up and running in no time. To reiterate, we couldnt be more pleased with their services.

The job will get done but too much outsourcing and lacking slightly in customer service. Ron the owner basically takes your problem computer then gives it to someone else to fix. Which in its own right is not an issue. He advertises gets calls and subcontract the work to other people. The problem lies in his communication skills and knowledge of what state of repair the computers in. I just wish he was more personable as someone whos the frontrunner in dealing with people he should be kinder and more understanding when people lack knowledge that he has. I wish him well in business.

The Five Stars is captioned "Loved it". Im not sure Id use that phrase for anything involving computers. What I am sure of is that any time Ive needed knowledgeable and competent support and assistance in dealing with my computer and the internet, Ron Elkin, the Computer Doctor, has provided it. In addition, hes most enjoyable to work with and to boot, he is a good teacher to this octogenarian neophyte. I enthusiastically give Ron the highest possible recommendation.
