I stopped by for parts and found Family PC Outlets proprietor to be a personable fellow with real knowledge who was willing to discuss my project to be sure I ended up with the right components for my system. You dont get that quality of service from an online retailer or, frankly, most big-box stores. On top of that, the prices were very competitive. Ive been back a couple times since and each experience was equally satisfying. Top recommendation.

I purchased my household PC’s from FamilyPC. Bill is a genius. He did not try to oversell me on anything (who really needs 3 terabytes of memory anyway). For any repairs or service, Bill and his assistant Ricki, are right on the money. I pay far less than I expect and my PC is fixed to my expectations. (And I always enjoy going in to the store….they’re good people).

Love it. Unlike any other computer repair company Ive used, they do NOT charge anything to diagnose the problem of the PC. If you want to use them to purchase and install the part, its a small fee, if not, then again, no charge!
