Mohammed is awesome! I smashed my headphones between my keyboard and Macbook Retina display causing my screen to have a big black spot. The first time I came in was a quick 15 minute visit; he saw me right away, looked at my screen and then went on his computer to find the part, showing me exactly what he would be purchasing if he did the repair (a brand new screen and the exact price). He was very straightforward with his pricing so I didn feel like I was getting scammed out of my money. On top of that, he was extremely accommodating. I was only living in Boston during the week , working 9-6 everyday and taking online classes. Mohammed came in early so I could drop off my laptop and offered to stay late when I came to pick it up. He also only had my computer for one day..and made sure it wasnt a day where I had any assignments due. He is the best out there. I considered some other options and none were so honest and genuinely there to help. I cannot recommend Mac & PC Guys enough.

I was so skeptical that a little business could be so amazing. Im so glad to say that I was wrong: This place is the best! My Mac just stopped working. I took it to the Apple Store and got quoted a repair of $750. I wanted to cry! I took it to these guys and they fixed it up for less than half that. They ran legitimate diagnostics, didnt jerk me around, charged me for the parts and a very reasonable service charge. Most importantly: THEY ARE HONEST!!! Its so easy to get ripped off on things you dont understand. These guys wont take advantage of you. They will work with you and treat you with respect and integrity. I went to them because of their great reviews, despite my hesitation. Im so glad that I did. Theres a reason they have such high reviews. Come here. You wont regret it, I promise! Ill be back for all of my technology needs. Thank you so much for your honesty and hard work. You guys are the best!

What do you do with a daughter that tells you she spilled water on her computer and now it wont boot? OK, accidents happen but do you panic when she mentions that her final papers and her study notes are on the hard drive ... and the papers are due in two days? You could start to lose it, but not when Mohammed and Ahmed at Mac and PC Guys are there to help! As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a warm smile and caring attitude. They knew we were stressed, yet they calmly explained how they would analyze and fix my daughters laptop. The service was over the top, to say the least, and we got the laptop back in 24 hours, fully fixed and ready to go. Im sure we couldnt get that kind of response time anywhere else. THANK YOU!

great experience! I brought my 2013 MacBook pro in because it was running slow and because el Capitan is the worst operating system mac has ever rolled out. The mac and pc guys were awesome, they diagnosed it same day(for 1/3rd the price of best buy) and gave me three different options for resolving it. the first option was for me to take care of it on my own and they explained what I would need to do which I thought was cool that they gave me this option, they didnt push me towards any of the options, just explained what the options were so I understood. I ended up having them replace my hard drive with a new solid state one and now my mac is faster than it was the first day I bought it! Ill definitely use them again!

I brought my 17" MacBook Pro in for service after I jammed my memory upgrade in at the wrong angle. Muhammad fixed that problem immediately for me. I wanted to upgrade my hard drive but had been putting it off. Muhammad offered me 2 options for a replacement. I decided to go for the flash 1 TB drive because Apple stopped making 17" MacBook Pros as well as the matte screen. There were problems with my backup and he diligently worked to get the data transferred. I tell my friends they will have to pry my MacBook out of my cold, dead hands. I dont let others on it, so trusting it to Mohammad of Mac and PC Guys was not trivial. I am seeing a big improvement in performance. I am a happy customer.

My toddler cracked the screen on my iPhone. Apple was pricey and hard to get a hold of. I called around getting pricing on fixing it from other places. I decided to go with this place because they had good reviews and the price was the lowest around. Could I have paid less at a mall kiosk? Maybe. But I felt more comfortable with a store that cant skip town at any second. Im so glad I decided to go to them, they were quick and very friendly, they also installed a screen protector, to try and help prevent future accidents like this. They have a 90day warranty just for that extra piece of mind. Id recommend them to any of my friends. Thank you Mac and PC guys.

I am so grateful for the prompt, efficient, courteous service that I received here. Not only did they take me as soon as I called, but they offered me a loaner (laptop) to use while they took just a day to repair my MacBook Pro. I liked the loaner so much that I purchased it for our non-profit. They gave me a terrific used laptop at a very reasonable price. Ahmed and Mohammed were both wonderful, and extremely accommodating. It was so much better than having to deal with the Apple store! While I hope not to have more computer problems, I look forward to doing business with them in the future and I am happy to recommend them.

Dreading having to fix my A1286 MacBook through Apple, I procrastinated for weeks. Luckily, i found Mac and PC Guys. Mohamed took the time to do an on spot diagnostic despite his busy schedule. After learning my hard drive was beyond saving, we went ahead and ordered a new one. He also educated me on a few ways to keep my 2012 laptop stay relevant. We decided to upgrade my RAM to from 8GB to 16GB as well as a 1TB hard drive from a 750GB. My computer is so much faster. I feel like I bought a new one. ALL WITHIN 24HRS, CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE. 3YEAR WARRANTY. I highly recommend Mac and PC Guys!

Its literally the only place I go to get my phone fixed for my myself and my whole family. Going through my warranty with my carrier is time consuming and they always need my phone for days. At Mac and pc guys, they have if for a few hours and its ready for pick up. Soo relieved that they have saved the life of my phone and my families countless times !! They have a parking lot right next to it. Its for another business I think but Ive never had a problem parking there for a minute to run in and drop off my phone. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of an emergency repair when youre in a pinch
