After purchasing two dresses, I left the store happy! Then 13 minutes later I had an alert on my phone that my credit card had been fraudulently charged $133! This was not for the dresses, as I had already been alerted about that purchase. I checked to see that my card was in my handbag, so no one had taken it. The woman in customer service told me, when I called, that she could see both slips and the signatures were not the same and claimed that she had been on the cash register herself and remember the woman who made the fraudulent purchase. She claimed that she would look into it and call me back, which she did, to say she could do nothing about it! I am suspicious that the sales clerks themselves, who would have been the most likely to have access to my card number, picked up a pretty blouse and jacket using my card yesterday afternoon. Please be aware of this, check all billing from this store and please report if this happens to you so that the store can catch who ever is doing this! I will never go back, except to return the two dresses I bought.

Absolutely WORST customer service. The quality of their store has gone down drastically in the last year. I bought a dress online with Shoprunner and not only did they send me the completely wrong dress (it was someone elses dress), no one could give me an answer of when I was going to get the dress I paid for so I had to demand my money be refunded. Wouldnt refund it until I threatened to sue. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE

Great service for a Lord & Taylor. I bought a nice Nautica shirt and another shirt here. We met an employee who was Japanese and named Fiume. She was really sweet, funny and nice. We enjoyed meeting her for a few mins at the register. Was with my grandpa and he liked meeting her too. For a Lord & Taylor department store, I was really impressed with that kind of service!!!!!! Lol!!! Happy shopping!

Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Impossible to get in touch with anyone and once you do its likely someone will hang up on you (Ive been hung up on at least 4 times). Have been trying to go about a return for 3 weeks now and noone can seem to help me after I received a jacket with all the buttons falling off. Will never buy anything from Lord & Taylor again.

This is one store I absolutely feel comfortable shopping at ,the staff is friendly ,courteous and welcoming.I drive miles when I have the time .I take the trip.I wish they had more variety as they do online ,but I order online too.Overall they cater to diverse needs and make the effort to treat every customer with respect!

I shall never return to this location again, I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at how rude the staff were, as well as the judgmental and immature looks that were given to me when shopping for clothing, I would never recommend a store with such rude people to any of my friends.
