I visited the location in Salem, NH and subsequently felt the need to provide feedback regarding my experience. I received a Daniel Wellington watch for my birthday and wanted to exchange it for the gold version rather than the silver. Unfortunately, the one I was looking for was not available, however, the lovely woman working at the jewelry counter--Karen-- truly went above and beyond to accommodate my indecisiveness. I did not feel rushed or that I was being perceived as a burden at any point during the interaction (even though it would have been understandable if I had). After trying on about 8 different watches and not finding one that I wanted in place of the one that was not available, she went through the trouble of finding the upc and a nearby location that did have it in stock and then proceeded to call to confirm that it was in fact available. Truly exceptional customer service is hard to come by and I just wanted to acknowledge the fact that there are still people out there that are committed to providing service that exceeds the bare minimum. Thank you Karen!!

Terrible experience. I called this store to see if they had a dress available, and the woman on the phone told me she would check, then call me right back. 40 minutes later, no call. I then tried again, just to make sure she hadnt forgotten, and a different woman answered, and told me the first had gone on break, and she put me on "priority". 20 MORE minutes pass and finally I got a call saying they did have the dress I described in the correct size. I then drove OVER 30 minutes to get to this store, to find out that they did NOT have the dress, and the only similarity between the dress I described and the one they held for me was the brand and size. The color, pattern, sleeve length, neckline, nothing else was remotely close. The employee didnt seem apologetic at all and seemed very distracted? Also did not bother to give any solutions to the situation. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont even bother with this department, they wont listen to a thing you say.

Lord & Taylor offer great deals every once in a while, my girlfriend loves their clothing and shoes. The products are reasonably priced and the staff is quite friendly. Dont be afraid by the luxurious looks of the store, you can definitely get your moneys worth at Lord & Taylor.

Does not impress me. I went to buy my girl her favorite PERFUME. No thank you very expensive and no idea what the women was thinking. Kept trying to get me to change her fragrance. Happy wife happy life.......
