I havent cut my hair for 8 months I grew my hair for so long and i just went to jcpennys for a haircut, I even showed the lady who cuts hair the picture on how I wanted my hair, my hair was long and thick, she made my hair so short and so thin , completely different from what I showed her. I told her that I wanted it to be able to do a ponytail, she pulled my hair back and said "yep its a pony tail" & then when I went home I pulled it back and couldnt tie it at all. While she was cutting my hair she wasnt paying attention on how she was cutting it, she was looking at other people, I didnt say anything because I thought she knew what she was doing , she did a horrible job please dont go to Taylor she sucks . I have to tie my hair for work, and when I go out everybody thinks its a old lady haircut. I wanted to look like Nash gier but she made me look like the witch from witch craft with the crazy eyes with short black hair and crazy eyes . Dont go to Taylor she sucks

Ok the only positive for this store is the Mens department. It was very neatly kept and had no problem being able to look at the merchandise. Womens department forget about trying to find a size. You pull a sweater to look at dont try to put it back. The racks are jammed to the max. I would say that could be the reason for the neglect and the mess. The home deperment was the most helpful on black Friday all the staff was helping the customers find what it was they were in search for. This was at about 230 in the morning and handled it very well when 8 people are trying to talk. The man that helped me also helped the 7 other people as well. He was very calm and explained that he could and would but its going to take a few minutes. For him to tell the truth I felt it gave you the option of waiting or not. The rest of the store needs a completely new floor plan its not very grab your attention effect.

I had an interview scheduled and due to the weather I asked if I should reschedule or not to the lady that gave me the interview which she didnt respond a male responded the name of Tyler he was very disrespectful he told me that at first he didnt see my interview for that day then he said he did see it and then he said to be honest it it seems that youre unqualified for the position which was a sales associate which I had experience as a sales associate and a cashier I called the store I spoke to a lady she was very disrespectful she asked if I wanted to speak to the young man then she proceeded to say that we can reschedule and I told her that I can show up that day she said oh it turns out were not hiring and then she hung up on me I would not recommend this job.

No Organization at all with the Online sales. I ordered something that was already in stock at the store, and still they had to wait for another store to ship it to them. That was not all, gave me an estimate 4-7 days to deliver its been 9 days and nothing..

Discount rack found pants and had a coupon.Good buy.After a half hour of searching. The only thing was the music was too loud.It makes you want to leave.
