My Favorite store.. I shop there regularly and spend a lot of money I may add. Returned a dish today THEY ONLY SELL. The sales Girl was so snotty!! Where has customer service gone? Do you have a receipt she asked.... very NASTY. I did thank God. So I asked what would have happened if I didnt. She BARKED AGAIN THAT CHRISTMAS Returns were suppose to be returned by yesterday. I will make my way to Wareham they are very pleasant there. Young People today have so much to learn.. if the young Girl that was so nasty today reads this.. YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN!! Your People skills SUCK!

Marketing Dept

I used to buy cards for personal and company use at the Somerset store. Not anymore! The sales girl was argumentative, ignorant and quite snotty when I asked a simple question about cards today. She obviously had no knowledge of store stock, but ran her mouth as if she did. She ended her grandstanding with "Have a nice day..." as her "drop the mic" moment. Wow. I hope the owners are reading these reviews. This is what will put you out of business.
