The staff at this location are horrible; young, pretentious, rude, snot-nosed brats who think theyre Gods gift because they work at MK. I dropped by the other day to check out what was new, and the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a young blonde with a very cold "Hi, how are you?" with the sub-context "what the f$@k are you doing here dressed in sweats?" that was presented by a nasty, demeaning look of disgust. The staff here tends to be very judgmental, and wont give you the time of day unless they deem you are worthy. I can walk into Louis Vuitton @ Westfarms (which is light years above MK), and the SAs there treat me wonderfully. So if you visit this MK outlet location, just be aware of the nasty service youll get.

I would go to Lee Outlets over this Michael Kors any day. The staff is very inattentive. I was there for 30 minutes yesterday and several employees walked right by me and never asked if I needed anything. One even said excuse me so they could get into a drawer in front of me. Very young staff who were congregated at the front of the store worried about who brought their lunch for the day. Lee has always been pleasant and helpful. This was my 2nd try here due to distance from home and I thought Id give them another shot...definitely not returning here.

I have been coming to the Clinton location for the past 3 years now for summer shopping and every single time I have received the best customer service possible. Today, I stopped by with my Mother, Wife, and Daughter. Taylor and Dylan were such a great help picking out new summer handbags, matching wallets, and even a pair of flip flops to match these styles. I will be coming back next year and will recommend this location to all my friends.

I stopped by this location over the weekend. I live in on the shoreline and always shop here. Every employee is very attentitive and goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what youre looking for. I recommend this store to every shopper.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The workers were overly immature for being in their 20s/30s, and I would not recommend going here because their staff is beyond rude and unhelpful.
