I have been treated so disrespectfully by an associate name Latrice at the North Haven, CT location 135 Universal Dr N, North Haven, CT 06473. I live in North Haven and been going here for years, all the people there are great except this one person every single time I go there, she is so rude and the way she speaks to me (and Im sure other customer) is just unacceptable. I have escalated this to the manager there but it seems like they are best friends and he wont do anything about it. She is not capable to speaking to people with nice tone of voice and she always looks so angry. Unacceptable

I had the same experience with the Latrice "woman". NEVER AGAIN! Shes just NASTY! If you dont like your job, go to school and get a better career for yourself! Life doesnt just "happen" to people! TJ Maxx better wisen up! They lost me for good! Granted, I go to Marshalls which is owned by the same company but as long as I dont have to tolerate that monstrosity, Ill be fine! So sorry I have to give it a star!

Returned a shirt that didnt fit. I cant fault the store, however can share my experience with customer service. Customer service was courteous and quick with our return. I had no issues with returning my item. With that being said, I immediately left customer service and purchased another item which I have been satisfied with.

I always liked TJ Maxx. You get almost all kinds of brand names in clothing and shoes and home items and snacks that you will not normally find in other stores and of course at a much lower price. When I am at a loss when buying a present or finding a particular item especially when Im in a hurry, I go to TJMaxx!

Good discount department store. Cashiers and workers herr are nice and helpful. Good variety of home good and furniture. Has Some mens clothing but not a great selection. No mens shoes. Food section is not as great as other TJ Maxx.

Decent selection for that last minute gift you forgot to get for your loved one. If that fails, theres always Petco nearby for that ferret theyve always been wanting.
