Didnt grip my board right the first time had to go back and get it gripped the right way by the manager and Zumiez shorted me 2 washers for my trucks and an employee didnt know what raisers were when I asked I described them and he didnt know he claimed to be skating since high school and if youve been skating that long how dont you know what raisers were and other then that its ok

when i went to Zumiez with my grandma to look for stuff i was amazed by the nice service and people who worked there and while i was their i met this really cute guy that helped us out but i know hes way out of my league anyway go to Zumiez youll love it.
