What a hidden gem! This is the sweetest, most unique little shop I have ever visited. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I was surprised to find such a beautiful little dream house full of precious plants, flowers, pets and gifts. I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her Christmas centerpiece, and all of our guests couldnt stop talking about how gorgeous it was and had to know where I got it. I was very pleased with the design, it was perfect and it was delivered right on time. I couldnt be happier with everything and I would recommend Flores Mantilla to all flower lovers and gardeners. Thank you Flores Mantilla for making my familys Christmas planning so much easier!

The customer service here is horrible. The manager Ana is a very ignorant girl and very disrespectful dont understand how she still has a job. I do no recommend this florist fiddlehead is the way to go you will feel respected and they will treat you amazing, and it doesnt feel like you are walking on egg shells when you enter the shop. At Flores they speak Spanish in front of you not knowing you understand what they are saying and they are speaking about you. Disgusted and disappointed with my experience I will never ever spend another cent in Flores mantilla the store is a clustered mess! The least bit organized...

Had these guys do flowers for a surprise birthday party. I was afraid the prices would be too high to use this place but I gave an amount I wanted to stay under and thought the prices were fairly reasonable for the 2 flower arrangements and a corsage. The arrangements were sophisticated and cleverly done and lasted a long time after the event. People were drawn in to look at them carefully and commented on the unusual chic designs. It was nice to have the flowers be one of the topics of conversation when people are getting together who dont see each other that often. I would use again for an event.

I went to Flores Mantilla to go pick up some flowers for my mom. Looking at the store made me excited and when I walked in I was welcomed by 3 beautiful dogs and a kind woman. She picked out the perfect freshest flowers for me and wrapped them perfectly too. And it was for a great price! I couldnt believe it. Flores Mantilla isnt only open to all and a kind and friendly environment, but they have amazing flowers and I wanted to buy everything in the store. If you need fresh cut flowers or a happy place to visit go into Nancys store and you will guaranteed have a big smile on your face walking out.

Came down my stairs to find flowers in my house. When i called and spoke with the owner, she said it must have been in the request because they never do that without it being in the request. When i asked her to look back on the order she would not. I told her the person who sent them would never had requested that. She just kept thanking me and trying to hang up. No apology given just thank you. She is ignorant and does not care about customer service and feels it is alright for her or her employees to break into someones house. Foolish management and owner!!! Breaking an entering is a crime!!

Nancy Mantilla of Flores Mantilla designed the flowers for my wedding this May. All of her arrangements were just beautiful, and I was equally impressed by how she listened to my requests and made sure that she incorporated the elements that were important to me (right down to some gorgeous Lily of the Valley she had flown in from Europe!) I could not have been happier with my flowers. They made our celebration so elegant and festive, and every time I look at my photos from the day, the flowers make me happy all over again. Thank you, Nancy!

At the end of the day, nice flowers are nice flowers....but I have never had worse customer service in my entire life. Completely unprofessional and condescending....as if one check up call on a late delivery was the biggest inconvenience....actually referred to a paying customer as "annoying". There are plenty of places that offer nice arrangements, take your business elsewhere. Maybe they will actually understand the concept of a happy customers leads to repeat business and referrals. But who needs that in todays economy.

I met the owner on the streets of Boston by chance - she was planting flowers at a property in the South End and we struck up a conversation. She was doing such a great job I asked her for advice on how to handle shady side plantings on my property. She gave me ideas for 10 minutes - only then did I learn that she owned this store. If she is half as helpful at her store as she was to me on the street, she will help anyone with their landscaping needs.

What a lovely place Flores Mantilla is. I came this weekend to request some centerpieces for my mothers birthday at the last minute. They accommodated me with my request. They were so helpful and they have the beautiful sunflowers and blue hydrangeas that my mother loves. I want to thank them so much for being there when I needed them. They were quick and prompt. After Finding out that my dates favorite flower was a Peony, I called and called searching for a florist company that carried it! I had no luck! It wasnt until I was calling my 5th place, Flores Mantilla, that a very nice woman named Nancy answered the phone and helped me acquire the flower that later would make my date light up with happiness! She was very kind and helpful! In the future, Flores Mantilla will be my first call! :)

Just walking into this gorgeous florist shop it is truly apparent that the owner is just passionate about flowers and plants! It is easy to linger in the store even after picking out flowers - as there is wide range of exotic flowers and plants to just look at and admire! I also know when I order and arrangement or just pick up some fresh cut flowers they will last and will have some kind of unique touch!

I recently came home for the holidays and wanted to bring my mom some flowers. Though it was last minute, Flores Mantilla in Marblehead did not hesitate to make me a spectacular arrangement. The flowers were clean, colorful, and fresh, and the design was amazing... The designer knew exactly what to do, and it was wrapped beautifully. I highly recommend using this florist! This store is beautiful but the customer service is terrible and I feel we were completely ripped off for prices. When I talked to the owner about returning some of the things I was charged for that I didnt order(candles, bows I didnt ask for, etc.), she refused to allow me to return any item and refused to refund any money! We will go somewhere more professional and reasonable in the future.

I live out of state and found Flores Mantilla on line with great reviews. I was sooo happy with the orchids! The ceramic pot was very pretty, aand the double orchid was beautiful and artfully presented. In addition, it came beautifully wrapped in great paper and a large satin ribbon! It was also delivered exactly on time!!! I could not have been more impressed.
